(neck and back pain resulting from injury should first be assessed by a medical practitioner to be advised whether manipulation/mobilisation is appropriate. Sciatica of pathological origin also necessitates medical intervention and sciatica due to disc prolapse should also be first assessed by an orthopedic specialist).
