Bob Manion

With an extensive career in the manufacturing industry, Bob has served in various leadership roles over the last 30+ years. As a results-oriented and energetic leader, Bob emphasizes a mentoring leadership style that focuses on integrity, positivity, and team values. In the past, he has been responsible for the P&L and organic growth of multi-million-dollar global companies. He brings strong process knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, value stream mapping, continuous flow, sales, marketing and product development. From the Rochester Institute of Technology, he earned a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA.

Brian McGrath - CFO

Brian brings extensive financial experience including accounting and management advisory services to public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. Prior to joining Adaptec as CFO, Brian served in various corporate and global Controller roles after beginning his career with PwC as an audit manager overseeing all facets of audit planning, SOX controls assessment, new accounting standards adoption, and profitability assessment for a diverse client base. Brian earned both a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in accounting from SUNY Geneseo.

Bryan Doherty - CTO

Bryan is an automation engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering design, implementation, and installation of automated material handling, robotic, and software systems. He has built many successful multi-disciplined engineering teams over his tenure with a focus on supporting long-term strategic growth. Bryan holds a B.S. in Applied Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he spends his time with his family, usually behind a video game console.

John Rudolph - CEO

John has 30+ years of experience in industrial markets, spanning from field service to leadership at the largest global automation companies. Prior to joining Adaptec Solutions, John was President of Intelligrated and Honeywell Process Solutions. Before his time as President of Process Solutions, John was VP for Global Projects and VP for Global Service at Honeywell. John started his career as a Field Engineer overseas for GE Power Systems before moving into management and executive management roles at GE, Ingersoll Rand and Turbine Air Systems.

Karen Marsh

Karen is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various business areas, including high-tech engineering, manufacturing, and the service industry. Karen's human resources experience includes employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, onboarding, and managing change due to mergers and acquisitions. Karen earned a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Counseling Education from Syracuse University.

Michael Ficarra

Mike is a servant leader with over 25 years of managerial and consulting experience in automation and systems integration. Mike began his career as a mechanical engineer which instilled a value for sound engineering design principles and data-driven decision making. Mike's focus is on the automation side of the business, overseeing engineering and operations.

Octavio Diaz - COO

Octavio brings 24 years of experience leading manufacturing and technology companies on a global basis. Prior to joining Adaptec, Octavio was CFO of two private equity backed companies, President of Finance for a global water treatment technology company, and head of Merck KGaA's Specialty Chemical Division. Octavio played a leading role in business turnarounds, M&A, launching new product lines, and ERP implementations. Octavio earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from San Diego State University, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and completed Executive Management courses in The University of Chicago, INSEAD in France, and at Hong Kong's Institute of Management & Technology.

Ottavio Saluzzi

A multilingual engineering enthusiast, Ottavio has been working on large and complex automation projects for more than 15 years, covering all vertical markets with clients from around the globe, keen on adopting new technologies that help optimize business processes. Ottavio holds a M.S. in Communication Technologies from the University of Lugano in Switzerland. Out of the office, he enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and reading.
