Agent Brittany Villalobos has been in the industry for three years, most often writing personal policies such as home and auto. Showing her clients the importance and value of proper insurance is the best part of Brittany's job.Brittany and her husband have been married for three years and just welcomed their first child, which takes up much of her time outside of the office.
Jaren has been in the insurance industry for four years now. He enjoys developing relationships with his clients and helping them with their business and personal insurance needs. He also specializes in individual health insurance.
Jason has been with us from its beginning in 1998. Jason's knowledge and industry experience are invaluable when it comes to personal and commercial insurance lines, which is why the same clients Jason started with in 98' are still working with him today.
Kevin is one of our top personal and commercial lines agents specializing in Farm Policies and Crop insurance. He has been in insurance since 1999 having kept most of his customers from the beginning. Kevin farmed full time for 20+ years with his father and brothers before that which gives him a unique knowledge of crops & farms most agents lack.
Kevin & his wife Sondra have 5 children and 10 grandchildren to date. They love visiting their grandchildren, razer rides, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, and traveling to new places.

Matt has been an insurance agent since 1997. He and his father, Bruce Waldram, founded Castle Lake Insurance back in 1998. With decades of experience, Matt's clients trust him with providing the best policies for their needs in commercial, personal, life, health, and supplemental insurance.
Melina is a Commercial and Personal lines account manager as well as the newest member to our team. She is native to the Idaho Falls area with 8 years' experience in Commercial and Personal lines insurance. Melina enjoys spending time with her family and is proud to live and serve in this great State of Idaho.

With 20 years of insurance experience, Stephen Fransen is the owner of Alpine Insurance Agency. Specializing in life insurance, disability insurance, and long term care, Stephen enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with his clients.
Stephen and wife Peggy have three children. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family, riding horses and motorcycles, playing basketball and adding to his collection of cowboy boots.
Agent Steven Stone has four years of insurance experience and he enjoys the different people his job allows him to meet every day. He regularly writes coverage for home, auto, commercial, life, and disability.
Away from work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sports, and camping. He and his wife have four children.
Vicki is our office manager. She has worked with our team from the very beginning. Vicki works hard to provide the best service to our clients.
