Since 2012, John Evey has provided independent strategic assistance to corporations with a special focus on companies in the life science and clean technology sectors that can do well financially while also producing substantial social benefit. That activity followed a 36 year career in the charitable and educational sector, primarily leading development programs for major nonprofit organizations and three universities. His most recent positions were as Executive Vice President of Nature and Culture International, an organization that has directly catalyzed the protection of more than ten million acres of large tropical forest ecosystems, and as Vice President for Development with the J. Craig Venter Institute ("JCVI"), for which his responsibility was generating collaborative private partnerships and financial resources for this major institute that is advancing genomic research to benefit human health and the environment. Beginning in 2002, he served as Assistant Director of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Executive Director of Development for the Marine Sciences at University of California, San Diego ("UCSD"), before which he was Vice President for Institutional Advancement at University of the Pacific for several years after having served for more than a decade as Director of Development at Oregon State University. [His earliest professional experience included roles as founding director of the Office for Resource Development at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and as the initial association executive for the statewide arts lobby, Oregon Advocates for the Arts. As a volunteer, he catalyzed creation of the Southern Oregon Land Conservancy. As an officer of the Travel Industry Council of Oregon, Mr. Evey and two colleagues successfully advocated the creation and funding of a Tourism Division in the Oregon Department of Economic Development.] Mr. Evey is a member of the Host Committee for the Kyoto Prize Symposium in San Diego, which highlights the Kyoto Prize laureates each spring.

Mr. Luck is the Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Secretary of Mission Manager, Inc. and its parent company, Vigilys, Inc. Mr. Luck has over 30 years of experience in the design, development and manufacture of a wide range of electronic equipment and systems. At Texas Instruments, he gained work experience in their consumer integrated circuit silicon foundry and test labs. He worked on a number of IC designs, including one of the world's first electronic calculator integrated circuits developed and introduced by Charles Sinclair. At Sontranic, he supported the development of the automated phone response system used by all of London Transport for automated schedule and time table annunciation. As a consultant at Marconi Space and Defense Systems, he held a top secret clearance while developing the underwater recovery unit and autopilot test package for the Stingray Torpedo program. Relocating to the United States in 1981, Mr. Luck joined InterOcean Systems, an Oceanographic company, where he designed and developed an ultra low power microprocessor control digital recording package for an Underwater Current Meter Program. He also developed and tested an underwater towed array vehicle that was to be used to ping underwater acoustic releases. Mr. Luck subsequently served as co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Altec Irrigation, Inc., where he applied his expertise in ultra low power control systems, developing the LEITControl series of Irrigation Control Systems in use worldwide today. Mr. Luck graduated in 1973 from Reading University in the UK with a Bachelors of Science Honors Degree in Cybernetics and Instrument Physics. He is the author of several patents involved with ultra low power circuit design, solar energy storage and management systems and wildfire detection systems.

Michael J. Berthelot has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mission Manager, Inc. and its parent company, Vigilys, Inc. since March 1, 2014. Mike has previously served as CEO of two publicly traded companies (Pro-Dex Inc. (NASDAQ:PDEX) and TransTechnology Corporation (then NYSE:TT). Mike has been a member of more than 30 public and private boards of directors in the U.S., Canada, England, Brazil, Spain and Germany. He currently serves as a director of Fresh Del Monte Produce Company (NYSE:FDP), a Coral Gables FL based Fortune 1000 consumer products company, where he serves on the audit and chairs the compensation committee. Mr. Berthelot also serves on the board of a privately held San Diego based software company as well as the Corporate Directors Forum, one of the nation's leading director centric education organizations. Mr. Berthelot is the Principal and Founder of Corporate Governance Advisors Inc., which provides board and director evaluation and consulting services and is the CEO of Cito Capital Corporation, which counsels privately held companies on strategic and operational issues. Mr. Berthelot is also an adjunct professor at the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego where he teaches a graduate level course on the CEO, the board of directors, and corporate governance. Mr. Berthelot holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Akron, a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, and is a certified public accountant (Ohio). He served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, including a tour in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War, and was an agent with the Internal Revenue Service for three years following a one-year college internship.

Dr. Walter is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Mission Manager, Inc. and its parent company, Vigilys, Inc. Dr. Walter has more than twenty six years of global management experience, mainly at The Dow Chemical Company, where from 1985 until 2005 he was responsible for a wide variety of business operations, most recently as Senior Technology Leader of Manufacturing and Engineering for Dow‘s Industrial Biotechnology Business. Since 2005, Dr. Walter has utilized his expertise by consulting mostly for entrepreneurial enterprises, assisting them in developing and implementing business strategies. Dr. Walter's expertise spans fermentation technologies; whole plant derived bio-production, water and wastewater treatment technologies, chemical manufacturing, process development, business and competitive analysis, sophisticated economic modeling as well as biomass to energy technologies. Dr. Walter serves as a strategic advisor for iNOVO, a Lewes, Delaware based specialized distribution management company, for PivotPoint Strategists, a company headquartered in Easton, Maryland, specializing in market research, strategic positioning, planning and communication and for the Equinox Center in San Diego, a non-profit organization which researches and advances innovative solutions to balance regional growth with our finite natural resources. Further, he serves as a business and scientific advisor to two companies, iDiverse, a San Diego biotechnology company focused on a novel gene technology, and Assure Controls Inc., a Vista, California based company specialized in rapid toxicity assessment of water. Dr. Walter was educated as a chemical engineer in Germany and earned his PhD in Public Health Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic in the U.K.

During his long tenure with Switzerland-based F. Hoffmann-LaRoche (HLR), Bob was seated on a variety of product development and post-commercialization marketing boards. He also conducted marketing research, created out-of-the-box marketing solutions during the challenging healthcare downturn of the early 1990's and received HLR's highest distinction for "Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Health Services" - The President's Achievement Award. Bob previously served as the Co-Chair of the Windstone Capital Partners Healthcare Practice. He has a reputation for creative observation, candor and integrity helping companies look at their business strategies in new, inventive ways of doing business. He is especially known for coaching clients through strategic marketing and sales decision processes.
