Nicolette Patton was a pleasure to work with. I didn't even have to walk into the store. Since I'm a repeat customer and wanted exactly the same wood flooring as previously installed it was all taken care of over the phone. The installers were amazing and moved extremely heavy furniture and replaced with felt pads back to original location. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.
