Americase Steve

Steve has been a mainstay at Americase as our Senior Account Manager for over 11 years. He brings a holistic sales approach to the team by researching, acquiring, and maintaining new business through his professional relationships and decades of outside sales expertise. Before joining Americase Steve worked as an Account Manager for ADT/Tyco Security, sourcing and signing new business in the large commercial industry sector, providing prospective clients with comprehensive consultations on the alarm and CCTV solutions available to secure their physical location. Additionally, Steve's experience working with a variety of roles and work styles during his time as a Marine during Desert Storm helped him foster his relationship and trust building skills, a talent valued by the entire Americase team.

Andrew D' Rozario

Andrew is the Sales Engineer here at Americase. Andrew acts as our expert resource on current and future regulations regarding lithium ion battery transportation with a focus on DDR to ensure all solutions provided to our clients alleviate the burden of battery shipments. In this role, he also applies his knowledge to manufacturing capabilities, DOT/ADR/committee regulations, lithium battery engineering, container capabilities, and our design process.

Chaz Cleveland - COO

Chaz became the Director of Operations at Americase after progressing from the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager roles since joining the team in 2019. Today, Chaz provides oversight to every aspect of Operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, production planning, purchasing, and more. Chaz first joined the Americase team after gaining experience in a variety of positions at his family's metal manufacturing company, Accurate Metal Stamping. In his nine years there, he fostered an intimate understanding of the manufacturing process in shipping/receiving, machinery operating, and inspection roles before moving to supervisory and-finally-managerial positions in both sales project management from 2014 to 2019.

Chris Egloff

Chris Egloff is our VP of Sales where he oversees the sales process of the Lithium & Hazmat division. In this role, Chris communicates and leads projects for some of Amerciase's largest clients, in addition to effectively coordinating and executing the full sales process with our hazmat clients. However, his biggest priority is acting as an essential customer advocate, consulting in regards to hazmat regulation. Chris' 15+ years of previous experience in the medical software industry and RV Industry built his general foundation for being successful in a sales environment. In this time, he learned the important aspects of each partnership, no matter the industry, shape, or size, with his most heartfelt lesson being in the value of honesty, high quality products, and close relationships. Chris is a member of multiple industry and standards organizations, including the Council on Safe Transportation of Hazardous Articles (COSTHA), The Rechargeable Battery Association (PRBA), Danger Goods Advisory Council (DGAC), and UN Sub Committee on the Reclassification of Lithium ion and Metal Cells. He is also an SAE G27 writing and voting member, and an advisor for the Medical Device Transport Council (MDTC).

Chris Whitehead

Chris has been with Americase since 2006 and is the Engineering Manager for our team today. He started with the intention of taking our case design to the next level, initially gaining first-hand experience in our manufacturing processes and procedures for himself. Chris was with the team at the onset of our Engineering Department, which he helped form in response to our then expansion of our manufacturing and design processes. Since then, he has provided his management expertise to our Engineering team, offering oversight of the design and programming associated with all custom-built solutions. Before joining us, Chris fostered his engineering background as a Draftsman for TWC Architects.

Danyelle Maynard

Danyelle is the Quality Control Manager here at Americase. In this role, Danyelle manages the quality team to ensure that all processes are delivering optimal output and that the QMS is maintained and changes are planned and implemented appropriately. Before Americase, Danyelle gained hands-on supervision and inspection experience at Dart Container and Burkes Outlet. Since joining our team in 2019, she has worked her way up from the OXB line to Quality, going from an Inspector I and Skipping Inspector II to Quality Specialist, Supervisor, and eventually Quality Manager. The CMM certification and expertise she has fostered through each role have given her the vital quality understanding to help us continually improve our manufacturing processes to this day.

Derrick Cunningham - VP of Sales

Derrick is the Director of Sales for the Americase team, facilitating the sales process from lead to product delivery, and coordinating all internal and external sales resources. Additionally, Derrick works on optimizing processes to eliminate wasted down time, minimizes the opportunity for mistakes, and provides oversight on customer experience and R&D matters. While Derrick joined the Americase team in 2013, working through roles as a Graphic Designer, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager and being involved in every aspect of the business and hundreds of complex designs, he began his career as the Owner & Operator of Double Designs and working his way from Boat Detailer to the General Manager role at the Houston Watersports Complex. Derrick shows dedication in his life as a devoted husband and father, but-above all else-a Follower of Christ. He has always seen himself as a curious problem solver with many of his best times revolving around a complex problem that needed a solution. Whether it is a truck stuck in a ditch, a problem with a recurring injury in the workplace, or an item being damaged in transit, Derrick excels and enjoys the hunt for a solution, approaching the situation from different angles to pursue out of the box solutions.

Joel Chakkalakal

Joel is our Strategic Solutions Advisor for our Haz-Mat team. At Americase, being a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Joel develops end-to-end solutions for our clients that help mitigate their hazardous material risks, leveraging Americase's reliable, superior-quality offerings as the basis of his methodology. Joel received his Masters in Supply Chain Management from University of Houston after finishing his Bachelor's in Marketing at the University of Texas. While he has only been with the Americase team for one year, his extensive experience with prestigious brands like AWS, Meta, Formula 1 Racing and Coca-Cola. In these roles, Joel led cross functional teams and spearheaded initiatives to overhaul existing systems around the transportation of dangerous goods, resulting in his 180 process optimization projects saving over $960M for his clients.

Josh Lewis

Josh is our R&D Specialist here at Americase, where his day-to-day work includes assisting in the design, execution, and analysis of our custom-made cases with a focus on the necessary destructive testing dictated by both customers and regulatory bodies. Before joining the Americase team in 2022, Josh exemplified the self-starter and extreme ownership energy we value by running and operating his own transportation business where he served the Oil & Gas and trailer manufacturing industries.

Lexa Bennett

Lexa Bennett is the Sales Support Specialist at Americase, where she has played a part in both the Marketing and Sales Support departments during her five years with the team. She coordinates with the industrial sales team to best perform administrative support while coordinating with internal divisions throughout the company. Prior to joining the Americase team, Lexa earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University before going on to work within the Special Education Department of Charlotte Anderson Elementary. From the moment she received her acceptance letter to Texas A&M, Lexa has continued to stay determined to being the best she can be while continuing to improve in her position at Americase.

Marina Malamis - CMO

Marina Malamis is the Director of Marketing at Americase. In her role, Marina develops and executes marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support our business growth objectives. Marina started her marketing career over 20 years ago with companies like BNSF Railway, Overhead Door Corporation, and the Anritsu Company where she developed and managed North American marketing campaigns, driving the creative execution and crafting relevant and impactful messaging along the way. Using her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Master's Degree in Administration, Marina approaches marketing as an opportunity to explore a variety of different industries, analyzing the unique needs involved to deliver optimal solutions, no matter the problem at hand.

Michelle Cleveland - COO

Michelle Cleveland is the Assistant to the Director of Operations where she provides oversight to the operations departments, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, production planning, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and maintenance. Additionally, Michelle also assists with the implementation and evaluation of procedures that improve day-to-day operations, ensuring the sustained efficacy of Americase's quality management system. While Michelle joined the Americase family early in February, 2021, she held a variety of roles with Accurate Metal Stamping, learning the ins and outs of a variety of tasks. Prior to this, Michelle was raised in a multi-generational manufacturing family where she gained hands-on experience conducting administrative tasks critical to the manufacturing of essential products, gaining a vast understanding of the business processes in manufacturing.

Mike Rothwell - CFO

Mike Rothwell is the Chief Financial Officer at Americase and since joining the team in 2015, he has overseen the overall financial and accounting activities of the company and provided direction on a variety of company policies and procedures. With over 25 years of experience in accounting roles, Mike has held a variety of positions, including Finance Manager, Business Manager, and Treasurer for a non-profit organization. His previous roles required him to directly oversee multimillion dollar companies, work hand-in-hand with C-suite executives to prepare and report financial positions, and be responsible for all accounting functions to keep projects and initiatives within budget. Mike first became fascinated with finance and fell in love with accounting by watching his mother act as her church's treasurer, managing the register, deposits, and counting offerings each week, and has continued to follow his passion ever since.

Raymond James

Raymond James is the Principal Engineer at Fulcrum Testing where he designs and conducts destructive testing experiments to satisfy customer and regulatory body safety requirements for the shipping of dangerous goods in Americase packaging solutions. Raymond operates as an Agent of Americase to ensure compliance with all US and UN DoT regulations for the shipment of dangerous goods. Raymond officially entered the Americase family as a part-time Test Technician for Fulcrum Testing in 2018 while working to complete his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon completion of his BSEE degree, he took on the role of Senior Engineer at Fulcrum. He has since completed his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and filled a secondary role at Americase ensuring all packaging solutions are in compliance with US and UN DoT regulatory requirements, specifically the 49 CFR.

Robby Kinsala - CEO, President

Robby is a visionary and a problem solver with an unparalleled knowledge of all aspects of the business. His leadership transformed Americase from a small company into an enterprise level organization that serves customers worldwide, including a large representation among the top Fortune 50 companies as well as nearly every commercial airline in the world. Robby's passion for the company started early. When he was nine years old, he helped build the first dedicated Americase facility by operating a SkyTrak rough terrain fork-lift. During his teenage years, Robby learned the business from the ground up by working at every station of every product line on his summer breaks. As he pursued his BBA in Marketing at the University of North Texas, he continued to work for Americase creating and booking all advertising, and in the early 2000s he took over as both Plant Manager and Office/Accounting Manager. Solving for business growth, Robby used his in-depth knowledge of the core of the business, focusing on R&D and securing essential certifications, to successfully expand the company into new verticals and turn it into the industry leader it is today. In 2014, Robby took over as President & CEO. Today, Robby sits on many standards committees, including the Council on Safe Transportation of Hazardous Articles (COSTHA), The Rechargeable Battery Association (PRBA), Danger Goods Advisory Council (DGAC), Battery Transportation Committee, UN Informal Working Group on Hazard Classification of Lithium Batteries, and UN Sub Committee on the Reclassification of Lithium ion and Metal Cells. He is also an SAE G27 writing and voting member, and an advisor for the Medical Device Transport Council (MDTC).
