AMI RISK CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
Ms. Zelenko has over thirty-six years of actuarial consulting experience. Her expertise is loss reserving, ratemaking and reinsurance. Before joining AMI in 1994, she was a Principal in the actuarial consulting firm of William M. Mercer, Inc, in New York where her assignment included reviewing loss reserves and rates. For eight years, she was a workers compensation reinsurance treaty underwriter for General Reinsurance. She has consulted for various State Insurance Departments. She has demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the statutory accounting principles and procedures as well as the promulgations and recommendations of the NAIC.
Education and Professional Certifications
Mr. Bob Ingco has over thirty-five years of actuarial and risk management experience. His expertise is in estimating and analyzing loss reserves for government and non government entities. He has demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of self-insured programs. He has first hand experience in the evaluation and assessment of the reserving practices of governmental entities. He has audited the reserves of various municipalities. He has also performed insurance effectiveness and claims administrative reviews. He has extensive experience in self insurance reserves calculation for such lines of business as workers compensation, automobile liability, general liability, auto physical damage, property losses, etc.

Ms. Faye Albert has over thirty-one years of actuarial experience. Before joining AMI, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary of American Bankers Insurance Group. Her experience in insurance company management includes managing actuarial functions, new product development and experience analysis. As a consultant, she has handled clients such as AMS Life Insurance Company, Association Group Insurance Administrators, Midland National Life Insurance Company, International Medical Group, and Physicians Benefit Trust.

Ms. Gail Flannery has worked extensively in property/ casualty insurance ratemaking and reserving for over twenty-nine years. Before joining AMI, she was Vice President and Actuary for American Bankers Insurance Group. She was responsible for the ratemaking and rate filing support for American Bankers products in various states. She also supervised statistical reporting for over ten years. She has demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of self-insured programs and compliance of GASB10 requirements.
