Dayna Kreutzer oversees property operations for the property Cascades, in Centennial, CO. This 348,760 square foot, Class A office building is located in the Denver suburban market commonly referred to as the "Denver Tech Center". Dayna's is a seasoned professional whose experience includes fifteen plus years managing class-A office properties. Prior to joining ACP, Dayna worked for SteelWave, Inc. (formerly Legacy Partners), Broe Real Estate Group and Insignia/ESG. Dayna was responsible in overseeing $4.5 million dollars in property renovations and tenant improvements and was actively involved in leasing over 125,000 rsf in new leases, renewals and expansion in 2016. She is a member of the Colorado chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and holds a Colorado Real Estate License.

Mr. Jude M. Williams is President of America's Capital Partners and oversees property acquisitions, operations, marketing and leasing activities through its operating company, ACP Realty Services. He is a member of the investment committee and coordinates underwriting and due diligence for all of the firm's office building acquisitions. Mr. Williams began his career in 1978 with the Houston office of Cushman Realty Corporation (now Cushman & Wakefield) where he specialized in tenant representation and later headed marketing and leasing for a major Houston-based privately held office building investment and development firm.
Prior to joining America's Capital Partners, Mr. Williams was President of American Ventures Realty Corporation and Director of its investment management affiliate, American Ventures Realty Investors, Inc. where he co-chaired the investment committee. The American Ventures Property Funds initially launched in 1992 performed among the top of all U.S. closed-end real estate funds, with a 22.85% annualized time-weighted total return to investors. At American Ventures Realty Corporation, Mr. Williams directed acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations.
Mr. Williams is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Texas, School of Business.

Mr. Michael Nelligan is President of ACP Industrial, a division of America's Capital Partners (ACP).
ACP Industrial develops distribution centers in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Mr. Nelligan leads all aspects of sourcing and execution of development projects, leveraging the investment experience and operating platform of fully integrated parent company ACP.
Mr. Nelligan has 30 years of experience with a diverse background of industrial development and acquisition at Exeter Property Group, Duke Realty, and Trammell Crow Company, and industrial brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.

Ms. Carolyn M. O'Brien is Controller for America's Capital Partners overseeing the accounting and financial reporting to owners, investors and other financial partners. Ms. O'Brien is an accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate. Ms. O'Brien began her career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP providing accounting and audit services to institutional real estate, financial and insurance clients.

Ms. Judi A. Sponsel is Vice President of America's Capital Partners overseeing Property Management and Operations. Ms. Sponsel has more than 32 years of Commercial Real Estate operation experience in multiple markets as well as pre-construction consultation and operating strategy development.
Ms. Sponsel is a graduate of Indiana College of Business and earned her Real Property Administrator Designation from the Building Owners and Manager's Institute in 1991. She previously served on the advisory board for Georgia Institute of Technology working to develop the now successful graduate program for construction and property management. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Indiana and Georgia. She has managed multi-state portfolios successfully in excess of 5 million square feet.
Ms. Sponsel began her real estate career with the Colliers Affiliate, F. C. Tucker Company in Indianapolis where she worked for 14 years. She left F. C. Tucker Company to fill the role of General Manager with Compass Management and Leasing for a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use flagship property in downtown Indianapolis until 1998. Judi relocated to Atlanta, Georgia after being offered the General Manager's position by her corporate tenant, Simon Property Group, for a large Class A Property in the Buckhead sub-market. She has continued to advance her career in Atlanta with Ronus Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Behringer Harvard, most recently serving as the Regional Portfolio Director for a group of Class A Office and Medical Buildings in Atlanta and Florida.
Ms. Sponsel is an active member of BOMA Georgia and has served on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and is a Past President (2012) of this 1,100 member organization. She is currently serving as the inaugural Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the newly formed BOMA Georgia Foundation. She was named one of the top 100 "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2012.

Coming from an international background, Richard Laval is a Financial Analyst at ACP. Susan's experience includes twenty plus years specializing in Class A office, retail and mixed use properties. Prior to joining ACP, Susan worked for Colliers International and Behringer Harvard managing large mixed use developments. Prior to her latest assignment, she was responsible for a portfolio of eight assets comprising of 870,000 square feet of office and retail projects in the Dallas Metro area.
