Amanda Rodriguez is an exceptional Project Manager with American Vision Windows. With 18 years of experience in customer service, Amanda is known for her attention to detail, quality workmanship, and excellent communication, as well as her cheerful and patient demeaner. She takes pride in her work and ensures that her clients' needs are cared for. Prior to starting at American Vision Windows in 2019, Amanda wanted to leave the retail space where she consistently felt that the large corporation she worked for was letting their customers down. This drove her to partner with a company that shared her values for customer care, ultimately leading her to American Vision Windows. Amanda is passionate about educating her customers in the WHY of upgrading their windows, so that they can choose the window and company that is going to be the best fit for their needs. Amanda thrives on details and artistic vision. Her favorite projects involve restoring historic windows to new glory, re-positioning or re-sizing windows to transform a space, and elevating the safety and energy efficiency with retro-fit windows on neighborhood homes. In her free time, Amanda can usually be found reading books, hanging out with friends and family, or travelling somewhere new. We just ordered two windows to be installed on our house, and the experience was excellent. Our rep Amanda has been very responsive. The two techs, Christian and Richard, that came to do final measurements and contract were very friendly and helpful. They took their time guiding us through the process of installation, asking about our preferences on location and orientation, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. So far so good. Now we just wait for the install.

Bettye Farar

Bettye Farar is a project manager with American Vision Windows and has been with the company for nearly 5 years. She was born and raised in Southern California. She is a graduate of USC, and taught elementary school in Los Angeles before becoming a journalist for the Desert Sun Newspaper in the Coachella Valley. She came to San Diego and enjoyed 22 years as a home improvement contractor. She has one son and one grandson, and is very proud of both. After a brief retirement, she was introduced to Alex, the manager of the San Diego American Vision Windows office. She fully appreciates the company's systems, policies, team spirit, and the way they treat their customers and employees with the utmost respect and caring. In her off time she enjoys tending to her orchard of 16 fruit trees, going to the gym, walking 5 miles or so at a time a couple of times per week, and visiting her desert get away home in La Quinta. She looks forward to pleasing many more future customers as she has in the past by helping with their window choices from design to the comfortable experience of install, and the enjoyment the completed project brings them. Right from our first meeting with Bettye our experience could not have been better. Her information and knowledge helped us to make the right decision for quality and price. When the crews came...yes I said CREWS because there was at least 4 workers here all the time for the two days that they where here. Alex Sr.,Michael, Christian, Gary, Gerardo, Brigido Jr, and Eric where pleasant , efficient and respectful of our home and where careful to cover the wood floor and cleanup after themselves. Billy moved to Thousand Oaks, CA from Boston, MA in the beginning of 2022 and began to work at American Vision Windows right away. Billy's favorite part of working at American Vision Windows is the family atmosphere and the confidence in knowing we are the best company for our valued customers. Having 10 years of hospitality experience, Billy is very passionate of taking care of his customer's needs. Billy is happily married to his wife, Leah, who works in ministry mentoring Highschool and College athletes in the Ventura County area. Billy attends Lighthouse Church in Newbury Park, CA where he serves alongside his wife and friends. Given his background in playing college baseball and a passion for coaching and mentoring athletes, he leads a Bible study with 10 athletes from Oaks Christian Highschool. In his free time you can find Billy either traveling with his wife, watching sports, or cutting into a nice medium rare Tomahawk Steak. We just started our project but so far we are so pleased with the service and sales experience . Billy is our Rep and he's personable , nice guy, no hard sell. Has really good foresight and an eye for aesthetics . I missed that our doors /windows are actually dual color HOA bronze on outside pretty white inside . Billy caught it. Didn't raise the price too much $2k but will keep the resale value intact and wont result in issues from HOA . It's all great. We are replacing 3 fixed non opening large kitchen bay windows with Vinyl dual color two single hung, a picture window in center and new back entry door . Price was fair and the warranty is lifetime on home and transfer to a new Owner . Great re-selling point . Will post as our project progresses . We are in the 8 week manufacturing window. no pun intended
