Anna Kirk

Anna Kirk is Vice President, Supply Chain & Project Management Office. She is responsible for leading Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, and the Project Management Office at American Regent. She has more than 24 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and applies compassionate leadership and guidance focused on ensuring continuity of supply through responsible and ethical procurement and strategic supply chain management. Since joining the company in 2000, Anna has served in various positions of increasing responsibility. She is certified in supply chain and inventory management through the Association of Supply Chain Management and completed the Executive Negotiation and Intercultural Management Program through Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2020. She is passionate about supporting our communities and her efforts have been recognized by Athena International, the American Heart Association and, most recently, the Town of Brookhaven on Long Island. Anna believes in paying it forward and is deeply committed to improving the quality of life of our patients, both people and animals.

Derrick Bennett

Derrick Bennett is Vice President of Manufacturing at American Regent, Inc. Derrick joined American Regent in 2013 and is responsible for manufacturing, engineering, and validation based in our Ohio location. Derrick brings almost 30 years of manufacturing and engineering expertise to the company, including 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining American Regent, he served in positions of increasing responsibility at Cardinal Health, Bausch + Lomb, and Covidien's Radiopharmaceuticals Division. Derrick holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. An active member of Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), he enjoys coaching youth sports including baseball and football.

Gopal Anyarambhatla - VP

Gopal Anyarambhatla, Ph.D., is Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, where he is responsible for global R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations and Generic Clinical R&D functions. He has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development and portfolio strategy. Prior to American Regent, he served in positions of increased responsibility at several organizations including Wockhardt, Akorn and Celsion Corporation. Prior to his pharmaceutical industry career, Gopal served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC where he co-developed a novel drug delivery formulation for the anticancer drug Doxorubicin (ThermoDox®), and extensively published his research in internationally renowned scientific journals such as Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research, Nature (Biotechnology), and Liposome Research. Gopal conducted his graduate research in the field of targeted drug delivery systems for treatment of cancer at the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, India, and earned his Ph.D. from Mumbai University, India. Additionally, he earned an MBA at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Gretchen Fritz - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Gretchen Fritz is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for American Regent, Inc. Since joining the company in 2015, her focus has been on building the in-house legal function in order to provide expert, strategic and efficient advice to advance the company's business interests; ensure compliance with legal requirements; secure and defend contractual, IP and other rights; and educate colleagues in the management of legal risks and opportunities. Since joining the Daiichi Sankyo Group in 2006, Gretchen served in a number of legal positions with increasing degrees of responsibility, including Associate General Counsel, a global position that reported to the head of Legal and Compliance at Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. in Japan, and Associate General Counsel, Commercial Brands, a U.S. position leading a team of brand attorneys and legal operations personnel at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Before joining the Daiichi Sankyo Group, Gretchen was a litigation associate at the law firms of Hogan Lovells and Winston & Strawn LLP in New York. Gretchen earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Purchase, and a Law degree (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

Joann Gioia - Chief Commercial Officer, VP

Joann Gioia is Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of American Regent's Multisource and IV Iron Businesses. Ms. Gioia, who joined American Regent in 1996, is responsible for leading American Regent's Multisource and IV Iron businesses in providing commercial management and driving commercial success for our portfolio and optimizing new business opportunities. Joann has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in general management, commercial operations, and alliance management in both multisource generics, single source generics, and IV Iron. She has held positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure at American Regent and was promoted to Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer in February 2021.

Joel Steckler

Joel Steckler is Vice President, Commercial Operations, American Regent Animal Health. He is responsible for sales and marketing as well as customer service, trade relations and distribution. Joel joined American Regent Animal Health in 1995 as Customer Service Supervisor. He assumed greater responsibilities with the organization and was named Director of Customer Service in 2005, Senior Director of Customer Operations in 2010 and Vice President in 2014. Joel attended Queensboro College and New York University, where he studied Business Management. Prior to American Regent Animal Health, Joel worked in operations management at Medical Hall Pharmacies/Remcourt Drugs Inc.

Joseph J. Boyle - CFO, VP

Joseph J. Boyle is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Regent, Inc. Mr. Boyle joined American Regent in February of 2017, and is responsible for leading the accounting and finance team in providing financial management, creating value for the organization, and providing insights to drive decisions and alignment with business objectives and growth strategy. Joe brings 25 years of financial and organizational leadership expertise to American Regent. Mr. Boyle's experience includes 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry. Joe spent the majority of his career at Johnson & Johnson, providing financial leadership at the operating company level, as well as within J&J's corporate treasury and Global Financial Shared Services functions. Most recently, Joe was Vice President of Finance and CFO, North America Generics, for Teva Pharmaceuticals. Joe earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from La Salle University. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Joseph Oestreicher - CHRO, VP

Joseph Oestreicher is Vice President and Chief People Officer. He is responsible for all leadership and strategic functions related to Human Resources at American Regent including talent management, performance management, policies, recruiting, benefits, and employee engagement. Joe brings over 20 years of domestic and 10 years of global Human Resources expertise to American Regent in positions of increasing responsibility, driving key talent management processes, developing strategic HR planning, guiding culture change, implementing new benefits and mentoring programs, and launching performance management and emerging talent initiatives. Joe graduated from Seton Hill University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Master Certified Carepix Behavioral Interview Trainer, Certified Discovery Insights Trainer, and Certified in Organization Design.

Joseph Tedesco

Joseph Tedesco is Vice President, Information Technology. He is responsible for all of American Regent's systems, including voice, data, digital, networks, hardware and software. He has led the Information Technology Department since 2001 and was named Vice President in 2011. Joe is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a BS Degree in Applied Math and Statistics/Computer Science. Joe has been involved with youth sports and mentorship in the Suffolk County, New York, area.

Nick Walp

Nick Walp is Vice President of Quality Affairs at American Regent, Inc. Nick joined American Regent as the head of Quality Affairs in June 2019, and is responsible for all Quality departments in New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He oversees Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Clinical Quality Assurance. Nick brings more than 30 years of Quality and Regulatory experience to his position, and has extensive knowledge of FDA regulated medical devices, biologics, and sterile injectable pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, he has provided leadership to Quality Control teams, improved regulatory compliance, and provided direction for new product introductions. Prior to joining American Regent, Nick served as Vice President of Quality for DPT Laboratories. He has also held several strategic leadership positions, including serving as Vice President of Operations for Hanford Pharmaceuticals, and as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Bausch & Lomb. Nick graduated from Ohio State University where he earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Microbiology. He earned his M.B.A. from William Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Nick also holds certifications in General Management from Duke University, and certifications in Microbiology.

Paul Diolosa - CEO, President

Paul Diolosa is President and CEO of American Regent, Inc. Paul has spent the last 13 years committed to significant investments in the company's facilities, equipment, people, and practices, including a state-of-the-art manufacturing expansion with a capacity to help millions of patients. His leadership in modernizing manufacturing operations led to promotions of increasing responsibility since he joined the company in 2008, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, 23 of which have been spent in the pharmaceutical industry. Paul is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and holds an MBA from New York Dowling College. He is certified as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds several professional certifications in manufacturing and engineering.

Ravi Tayi - VP

Ravi Tayi, MD, MPH, is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at American Regent, Inc., a Daiichi Sankyo Group Company. As an executive, he leads American Regent teams with responsibilities for global drug development, drug safety and surveillance, medical affairs and quantitative sciences. Dr. Tayi has over 20 years of diverse experience, including US and global pharmaceuticals industry experience in direct and matrix organizations with knowledge and expertise across all functions within research and development, global medical affairs, and portfolio management. Prior to joining American Regent, Dr. Tayi has held a variety of lead senior medical officer positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals/Ikaria, Optimer Pharmaceuticals/Cubist, Archimedes Pharma, Merck and Schering Plough. His experience spans across medical therapeutics, gene therapies, vaccines, sterile injectables, diagnostics, medical devices and generics across multiple therapeutic areas. Dr. Tayi completed his medical degree at UFHEC, Dominican Republic, his residency and fellowship at Baylor - Scott and White in Temple, Texas and his Master of Public Health at Texas A&M University.
