With over 40 years of experience, Bernie ensures the quality and reliability of all buildings in our portfolio. He coordinates yearly inspections, analyzes the resources needed for repairs, and communicates with tenants about maintenance concerns.
Daryl is an experienced leader in technology and software development. Daryl's primary responsibilities are to lead America Place's technology strategy; this includes security, analytics, data management, and software evaluation & design. Daryl's background includes being a software development leader with a major Healthcare Payor, IT Security Analyst for the United States Government, and overall solutions designer that led many solutions across small businesses. Daryl has degrees from ITT, Embry-Riddle & Bellarmine Universities.

David directs the daily operations of the real estate portfolio. Serving as the point person for new projects, he spearheads new construction, tenant improvement projects and manages the sub-contractors working within the properties.
David is a New Albany native that has been in the construction and property management industry for 10 years with a Degree in Management & Marketing from Indiana University.

Jim Karp is the founder of businesses in the real estate, logistics, and specialized healthcare industries.
A graduate of Indiana University, Jim was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for service as a First Lieutenant in Viet Nam. Over the years he has provided his time and energy to Boards and Charities, focusing specifically on education, culture and community social issues.

Kathryn works to provide support to the President and CEO. Her key duties include receiving and responding to tenant and vendor needs, as well as developing our digital media optimization strategies.
Kathryn is originally from O'Fallon, IL and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Murray State University.
As President, Lyn leads the company in daily operations, construction, sales, planning, budget, and financial analysis. As America Place's senior executive, she serves a critical role in every aspect of the company.
Lyn is a Louisville native and a Bellarmine University Graduate. She currently serves on the Southern Indiana Works & One Southern Indiana board of directors.
Taylor oversees the development strategy and real estate portfolio for America Place.
Taylor is a Louisville native with a background in Banking and Finance. He has an MBA from Bellarmine University and currently serves on multiple community boards.
Tyler manages the daily financial processes and reporting of the company. His responsibilities include the reporting and analysis of all company financial information, assisting operations in finding and developing efficiencies and working with tenants and vendors with any financial needs.
Tyler is a Louisville native and received his Accounting Degree from Anderson University. He has over 10 years of experience in multiple industries with a background in public accounting.
