Greg Gosnell is a Senior Associate Broker at AMR. He has been licensed Associate Broker in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1986. He graduated from Landon School in 1977 and Duke University in 1982. Greg's family has been actively involved in commercial and residential real estate in the Washington, DC Metro area for three generations. He resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife Christy and has three adult children and a grandson.
Jack Alexander is President and Founder of AMR. He started his real estate career in 1987 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1994. He graduated from Walt Whitman HS in 1982 and The Catholic University of America in 1986. He has served as President of the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, President of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rotary Club, Chair of the Bethesda Urban Partnership and Chair of the Bethesda Downtown Advisory Committee. Jack has coached youth league football, basketball, lacrosse and baseball for 15 years. He resides in Potomac with his wife Gretchen. They have four children and a Golden Retriever.
Mark Rittenberg is a Principal and Founder of AMR. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1992. He graduated from Winston Churchill HS in 1989 and The University of Maryland, College Park in 1993. Mark serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Montgomery County and is on the Western Montgomery Citizens Advisory Board. Mark is a Member of the Leadership Montgomery Class of 2020 as well as a frequent volunteer at both his children's schools.

Rick Kelly is a Senior Vice President at AMR. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 2000 when he joined the team at AMR Commercial. He graduated from Bensalem HS (PA) in 1983 and The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1987. He resides in Montgomery Village, Maryland with his wife of 26 years, Carol, and has two adult children. Rick enjoys competing and still plays competitive beach volleyball, ice hockey and golf with his regular foursome. On the weekends he enjoys his family time at his getaway home on the Potomac River where he keeps busy with boating and waterskiing. Rick does both leasing and sales and considers his strength the personal service he provides his clients above and beyond a traditional broker. He loves what he does and is proud to have been part of the team at AMR now for over 20 years!
As Office Manager, Robyn has headed operations and agent support at AMR since 2003. She is a 2002 graduate from University of Maryland, College Park. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Robyn now lives in Silver Spring with her two teenage sons, two dogs and a cat.

Sam Farnum is a Senior Vice President at AMR. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 2005. He graduated from Christ Church School in 1998 and Ohio Wesleyan University in 2002. Sam represents owners, developers, businesses, corporations and non-profits in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and son.

William ("Bill") Montrose is a Principal and Founder of AMR. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1989. He graduated from in Springbrook HS in 1982 and The Catholic University of America in 1987. The Bernstein Companies, Peel Properties, Royco, and Ronald D. Paul Management are currently building owners that Bill represents. Tenant rep clients include United Therapeutics, MicroTechnologies, SurgCenter Development and Prevention of Blindness Society of Washington, DC. He is Past President and currently on the Board of Directors of CORE Network, a national real estate brokerage platform. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland with wife and two high-schoolers.
