As Chief People Officer, Carolyn Kenny leads the People Strategy and has a key role in shaping the company's culture and creating an experience that allows all team members to do their best. She oversees Human Resources (HR) and is responsible for assuring that AMN has an exceptionally talented and diverse workforce that is committed to the purpose and mission of AMN Healthcare.
Ms. Kenny, who joined AMN in 2021, has extensive experience in leading change at large organizations, overseeing HR functions and engaging and aligning teams around company goals.
Prior to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she led the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the clinical enterprise. Her background also includes key leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, including President of Kaiser Permanente Georgia. A champion of employee health and wellness, she started the Kaiser Permanente Georgia Corporate Run/Walk to promote health and fitness in companies across metro Atlanta.
A past board member of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia, Ms. Kenny also served on the boards of The Emory Children's Center, Atlanta Public Radio and the Georgia Association of Health Plans.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
As Chief People Officer for AMN Healthcare, Carolyn leads the human resources and talent acquisition teams and the development, attraction, and retention of corporate team members.
Carolyn joined AMN Healthcare in 2021 as Chief Talent Officer where she created and led the overall strategy for returning corporate team members to onsite work. Prior to AMN, Carolyn has an extensive history in leading change at large organizations. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and executive vice president of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she led the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the clinical enterprise.
She also served as the President of the Kaiser Health Plan of Georgia. There, she was responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Georgia region. Carolyn has previously served as a board member for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia, The Emory Children's Center (a joint venture between Emory Health Care and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta), Atlanta Public Radio, and the Georgia Association of Health Plans.

Cary Grace is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., (AMN). Ms. Grace is a transformational leader with 30 years of experience developing and executing profitable growth strategies for leading financial and professional service organizations across human capital, healthcare, investment management, finance, and M&A.
Ms. Grace previously served as the former CEO of Global Retirement, Investment and Human Capital at Aon, an organization that is a leader in risk management, retirement, health and human capital solutions. Her background also includes more than 20 years at Bank of America and JPMorgan, where she led several national businesses and functions. Ms. Grace holds both corporate and nonprofit board positions, including State Farm Insurance, League Inc. and the Rush University Medical Center Board of Trustees. She is a member of the Healthcare Leadership Council, and she is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion efforts.
Ms. Grace holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where she was a Baker Scholar, and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Business Experience and Qualifications: Ms. Grace was appointed to our Board and named our President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2022. The Board has concluded that Ms. Grace is qualified to serve on the Board because of her deep and broad experience running large professional and financial services businesses in human capital, healthcare, banking and investment management. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, scaling growth organizations and client-centric growth strategies. Ms. Grace is an experienced corporate and non-profit director and audit committee financial expert.
Ms. Grace was formerly the CEO of Global Retirement, Investment and Human Capital at Aon. In addition, she led Aon's enterprise client management and oversaw the integration of all acquisitions for the company. Her background also includes more than 14 years at Bank of America, where she led several national institutional and consumer businesses.

Dr. Edmonson is the Chief Clinical Officer for AMN Healthcare. In his role, Dr. Edmonson oversees the company's clinical and credentialing organizations, education solutions, and learning and research programs, and holds responsibilities related to clinical qualityand experience, compliance, and risk.

Dr. Edmonson joined AMN Healthcare in 2018 from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, a three-time Magnet hospital with a highly respected and decorated nursing staff, where he had been Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer since 2010. He held the same position at other hospitals since 1998. He possesses three decades of experience as a nurse leader, along with deep involvement in research, professional organizations, health policy development, and community service. He has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Texas Christian University and Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Oklahoma University. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the National Academies of Practice, and the American Academy of Nursing, as well as being credentialed as a Nursing Executive Advanced, Board Certified by ANCC.
Dr. Edmonson is well known for his success in elevating the nursing and nursing leadership role and creating collegial inter-professional teams across the healthcare ecosystem. He is a highly sought-after national speaker and a published author of articles and a coauthor and contributor to several books. He is currently serving on the board of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is an alumni member of the AONL board. He is an alumus of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellow Program and is the past chair of the National League for Nursing Foundation. Throughout his tenure as a nurse leader, he has initiated and led innovative programs to advance clinical quality, education, compliance, professional practice, patient experience and safety, and clinician safety.

James Taylor, Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Physician & Leadership Solutions, is responsible for leadership of the AMN Healthcare locum tenens, interim leadership, and physician and executive search businesses.
Mr. Taylor joined AMN Healthcare in 2021 and brings a strong background of healthcare leadership, strategic insight, and diverse experiences to his role. Prior to joining, Mr. Taylor was President, Sportservice, at Delaware North. He also spent 18 years of his professional career at Sodexo, one of the world's largest service providers, in varying roles including CEO, Healthcare in London; Division President, Healthcare; President, Senior Living; and Corporate Vice President, among other leadership roles. He also served as Director of Operations for Coca Cola in Dallas.

Jeff Decker serves as Division President for our Locum Tenens service line and is responsible for the leadership of AMN Healthcare locum tenens brands including Staff Care and Locum Leaders.
Mr. Decker has been with the AMN Healthcare organization for more than 15 years, most recently leading the Allied division, and he brings to a successful background in recruitment, operations management, marketing and brand development.
Prior to joining the company, he was the President of Resources On Call, building the company from a regional resource to a national market segment leader. He has more than 20 years of experience with the healthcare industry, beginning with the branding of Humana while with McCann Erickson, the world's largest and most globally experienced advertising network. Jeffrey R. Knudson serves as Chief Financial Officer at AMN Healthcare, where he is responsible for leading finance, internal audit, tax, accounting, and customer support operations.
Previously, Mr. Knudson served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, for At Home Group, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for all accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, and supply chain activities. Immediately prior to his tenure with At Home Group, Inc., he served in several leadership positions at CVS Health and CVS Caremark Corp., including as Senior Vice President of Finance and Retail Controller. Prior to CVS, he was a key member of the treasury and mergers and acquisition leadership teams at L Brands and Express Scripts.

Julie Purinton, the Division President for Travel Nurse has oversight of our Account Management, Recruitment, and Nurse Strategic Initiatives teams. She brings 20 years of leadership experience and previously worked at Jenny Craig as an Area Market Director.
In Ms. Purinton's 15 years with AMN, she has succeeded in directing sales operations and implementing sales strategies that increase revenue and elevate teams. She enjoys supporting team members in reaching their personal and professional goals and leading a team of tenured and passionate leaders.
Ms. Purinton is actively involved with the Alzheimer's Association San Diego/Imperial chapter and serves as the Executive Sponsor for AMN. She lives in San Diego with her husband, Steve, and their three children, Logan, Ames and Mitchell.

Kim Martini joined AMN in 1999 as a nurse recruiter and grew her career along with AMN by diversifying her experiences. Her current role is Division President, Nurse Staffing Solutions where she has oversight of the traditional and channel partner client sales teams, critical/rapid response staffing, labor disruption, local per diem, and international staffing solutions.
She enjoys leading tenured and innovative leaders and is honored to work with what she believes is the most talented and passionate team in the industry.
Ms. Martini graduated from the University of Pittsburg with a B.A. in Communications. She moved to California in 1995 and lives in San Diego with her husband, Jeff, and their two adult children, Isabella and Corrado. They also have two rescue Labradors.

Mark Hagan, Chief Information and Digital Officer of AMN Healthcare, is responsible for the company's digital strategy, technology R&D, enterprise information technology infrastructure, operations, development, data security, and program management operations.

Mr. Hagan currently serves as a director of M&M Properties Colorado LL and Wonolo, Inc.
He has experience driving and supporting major deployments of core business applications, leading digital transformations, and developing and launching new software products. Meredith Lapointe is the Chief Business Officer for AMN Healthcare and is responsible for the organization's corporate growth strategy, enterprise client management including MSP accounts, marketing, communications, and workforce consulting and analytics business.
Previously, Ms. Lapointe worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she served healthcare companies - ranging from national and regional health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, healthcare service organizations, and smaller provider networks - in transforming capabilities and operational performance. She helped organizations create dynamic workforces to meet the needs of patients and healthcare systems. Ms. Lapointe worked with McKinsey & Company for 16 years and began her career as a Business Analyst.

Michael Dennis serves as AMN Healthcare's Division President, Allied Staffing Solutions and is responsible for leading sales, recruitment, and the financial performance across the company's allied solutions business.
With over 20 years of healthcare staffing industry experience, Mr. Dennis has held senior leadership positions within several healthcare staffing verticals including per diem nurse staffing, travel nurse, travel allied, and workforce solutions. In 2015, Mr. Dennis joined AMN Healthcare as part of the Onward Healthcare acquisition and was an integral part of the successful acquisition of those businesses and team members.
Throughout his time with AMN Healthcare, Mr. Dennis has been a key leader in helping its Allied business exceed $700M in revenue while also serving as a key resource for other companywide initiatives including participating in several acquisitions. Robin Johnson serves as Group President, Nursing and Allied Solutions, overseeing the leadership of AMN Healthcare's nurse and allied solutions businesses. Having more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Johnson has led transformations, grown businesses, and provided workforce solutions to a variety of clients during her career.
Ms. Johnson joined AMN Healthcare in 2017 as the Division President for Allied Staffing Solutions, responsible for leading sales and financial performance across allied and revenue cycle solutions. During her tenure leading Allied Solutions, the division doubled its revenue to more than $700 million. Over the course of her career, she has had a successful track record providing Fortune 500 clients and beyond, enterprise talent strategies such as MSP, RPO, Outsourcing Workforce Solutions, and Staffing Solutions across healthcare, IT, engineering, life sciences, and commercial industries. Robin held senior leadership positions at Today's Staffing, Technisource, Adecco and Yoh. Personally, Robin finds fulfillment in giving back, volunteering as an advisory board member for the North Texas Food Bank and Feed My Starving Children, as well as being an active member of the American Staffing Association.

Whitney M. Laughlin serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for AMN Healthcare, overseeing the legal, corporate governance, privacy and compliance, equity compensation strategy, government and community affairs functions of the company.
Ms. Laughlin joined AMN Healthcare in 2006 and was named Deputy General Counsel in 2011. She holds leadership responsibilities within the legal department's corporate, employment, litigation and contract divisional legal support functions and provides strategic and operational oversight for the Ethics and Compliance programs.
Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Ms. Laughlin was a partner at Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith where she had an employment litigation practice, primarily serving healthcare and staffing industry clients. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from Southern Methodist University.
Ms. Laughlin is a licensed attorney in California and Texas. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of SafeHaven of Tarrant County and on the Board of International Esperanza Project.
