David joined Summit Industries in 2019 as Manager of Quality Assurance and has also held the position of Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance. He has a history of working in the medical device industry since 2004 including quality assurance, engineering, production and technical support. David was born and raised in the Chicago area and earned a B.S. in Computer Science at Northeastern Illinois University. Currently, he resides in Chicago with his wife and their three young children. David looks forward to a long and rewarding career at Summit Industries.

Eli comes to Summit Industries from MXR Imaging, where he spent 30 years with that organization. Labeled as an "x-ray brat," Eli grew up in the imaging business working for his dad at Chesapeake X-ray prior to that endeavor. Eli worked as MXR Imaging's Eastern Zone Sales Manager supporting 15 account executives selling 13,000 products. Eli was born in Richmond Virginia. He has lived in Roanoke, Virginia; Durham, North Carolina; Columbia South Carolina; and Jacksonville, Florida. Eli attended The University of South Carolina where he majored in Business Finance. Eli is very excited to be a part of the Summit Industries team and plans to finish his imaging career with this company. Eli has a wife, Debbie, four daughters, and two son-in-laws: Liz, Paige, Hope, Eve, Ben, and Sam.

Joe has served over 20 years in the radiology industry, with the majority of that time at Summit Industries which he joined on June 10, 2001. He currently serves as: Vice President, Secretary: Board of Managers Summit Industries and General Manager BOD: Summit Industries (Hong Kong) He has also held the positions of EVP, Operations/Engineering and VP, Manufacturing at Summit Industries. Joe spent 14 years with General Electric in various senior operational positions in Schenectady, NY; Wilmington, NC; and Chicago, IL. He has earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, an M.S. in Industrial Administration/Statistics, and a Doctor of Business degree. Joe and his wife, Cris, have lived in Naperville, Illinois since 1991 and have four children and seven grandchildren.

Kurt joined Summit Industries in 2000 as the Vice President managing the accounting, HR and IT functions. Prior to joining Summit Kurt ran his own business in the custom imprinted sportswear industry as well as 8 years at Universal X-Ray. Kurt was born and raised in Chicago and earned his Bachelor's degree in finance and later an MBA at Western Illinois University in Macomb. Kurt also earned his CPA certificate from the University of Illinois. Currently he lives in the northern suburbs with his wife Janet and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Patricia Cleary joined Summit Industries as a Human Resources (HR) Manager with a history of working in HR in the manufacturing & health care industries, having worked at a drug testing laboratory and a large packaging manufacturer. Patricia also worked for the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and in Marketing for an alternator manufacturer. Patricia brings prior experience developing company policies in accordance with current employment laws, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, EEOC compliance, COVID-19 CDC compliance and U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration. According to Patricia, the best thing about working in HR is being able to help people, whether that means hiring the right person for their exciting new job, or assisting with benefits questions. Patricia was born and raised in Chicago and earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, she resides in a nearby suburb with her husband of 28 years, Jerry, and their four young adult children. Patricia looks forward to a long and rewarding career at Summit Industries.
