Anaro was founded in 1997 by the late Ian Little in the quaint seaside town of Oamaru, to provide commercial investment opportunities for local families... All functions of the business ae overseen by a head office management structure lead by CEO Natalie Evans and COO Jason Little. In addition to that, and our financial and accounting function, each asset has a dedicated property manager and, in the case of multi-let office buildings, we provide a dedicated leasing executive. We also ensure the physical fabric of group buildings are managed and maintained to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and value preserved.
