Ann works with billing, firm accounting, human resources, as well as keeping the office operating smoothly. She has previously been an Office Manager, done bookkeeping and inventory control in various industries including telecom and laboratory. Ann joined the Andre firm in 2007. She is active in her church, enjoys square dancing and going to the Flea Market. Ann is originally from Ohio but now makes Plano home along with her husband and son.

Deana Haiman

Deana serves our clients in the tax department. She prepares taxes for both Individual Taxes and Business Taxes.

Debbie Guerrero

Debbie works in the Accounting and Tax Departments. She graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1984. She previously worked in the real estate accounting industry. Debbie joined the firm in 2000. The Guerreros have 2 children and live in Prosper, Texas. Debbie enjoys reading and cooking when she is not working.

Dona Bewley

Job Titles:
  • Administrative Assistant
Dona works as part of the administrative team doing a variety of support tasks in both the Tax Department and Finance Departments. She has a variety of experience from merchandising, accounts receivable, to administrative duties. She has worked in the retail industry as well as the financial industry. She joined the firm in 2013. Dona is a native Texan and loves getting to see her grandkids. She also volunteers at her church in a variety of roles.

Jana Endler

Jana manages the firm's Business Tax Department as well as helps with accounting. She has worked in the accounting industry since 1988. She earned her Bachelor of Science-Accounting Control Systems in 2008. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jana became a CPA in 2009.

Kay Bertschi

Kay works as part of the administrative team doing a variety of support tasks. Her background is in retail & grocery management, corporate training and recruiting. Kay joined the firm in 2016. Illinois is her home state, but is glad she relocated to Texas in 2015. She has always been active in her church, enjoys teaching, and being creative. Her newest passion is drawing original Zentangles.

Keith Andre

Our Firm was started by Keith Andre in 1986. He purchased a small bookkeeping and tax business in McKinney, TX. In 1989 he hired his first employee, and now we have eighteen employees and two contract people. As the city has grown, so have we. We value the relationships we have with our clients. Keith Andre works in individual and business taxes, business accounting, management and insurance consulting. He also manages the firm's Business Services Departments. Keith earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1973, a master's in business management degree in 1977 and a master's in taxation in 1981. He became a CPA (find out more about CPAs) in 1978, a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) in 1992 and a PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) in 1997. He has worked in public accounting since 1976 and started Andre + Associates in McKinney in 1986. Keith became an insurance agent in 1994. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Melissa C. Simmons

Melissa works with individual and business taxes, and business accounting. She earned her BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in 1988 and has worked in public accounting since that time. She became an EA (Enrolled Agent) in 1994. Melissa is a member of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents, North Texas Enrolled Agents, and has served on the board of Directors in a variety of roles. Melissa became a CPA in 2009. Melissa joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 2009. Melissa has been married since 1991 and has one son. She is active in her church, enjoys singing in the church choir and likes to do sewing and needlework. As a member of a military family growing up she has lived all over the nation and overseas. She was born in Wiesbaden, Germany. She has lived in McKinney since 1991.

Rachel Lopez

Rachel manages the firm's Accounting/Payroll Department, providing services in monthly accounting, payroll, and tax preparation for a broad range of small business clients. She has worked in public accounting since 2001. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Management in 2008. She is a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor who provides training and support for various products in the QuickBooks family. She became a CPA in 2016.

Teresa Dempsey

Teresa manages the firm's Individual Tax Department as well as helps with accounting for larger business clients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting in 1983. She has worked in public accounting since that time. She became an EA (Enrolled Agent) in 2002. Teresa is a member of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents and the North Texas Enrolled Agents. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Tax Alliance Conference. Teresa became a CPA in 2009.

Tracy Eleftheriou

She is a member of the American Institute of CPA's. Tracy became a CPA in 1991.
