Dr. Angela Montfort is in private practice at Positive Energy Solutions Corporation. All counselors at Positive Energy Solutions Corporation hold a minimum of a Masters' degree, and are licensed in the state of Georgia. We have experience providing therapeutic services to couples, families, adolescents, adults and children. We have also worked extensively with substance abuse and individuals and families in recovery. We focus on using the approach that is most appropriate for the client and his or her particular issue. However, we do prefer the following theoretical approaches for conceptualizing many issues: Systems theory, interpersonal theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, 12-steps and strength based therapeutic approaches.
