In 1982 John and Lorna Telfer started a business retailing antique furniture and collectibles called Argyle's Antiques. Argyle is the Dame of the Country from which John comes. During the first years of the business, we recognized the vast need for Dallas furniture refinishing and repairs. In 1985 the company took a new direction by launching Andrew's Refinishing. Furniture upholstery was added a couple short years later. Our primary customers in those early days were the major hotels in and around the Dallas area. After establishing a name for ourselves through our exceptional refinishing work, our services grew into the Ft. Worth and surrounding areas. We are very thankful to all of our hotel, designer, insurance company, office furniture refinishing clients, and all of our residential clients.
