For seventeen years, Angela was a senior executive at Estee Lauder Companies (NYSE; symbol: EL). At Estee Lauder Companies, Angela created and led three different multi-million dollar businesses in different retail areas - freestanding retails stores, online and on university campuses. She was a first generation Internet pioneer, creating the Clinique Web site in 1995, running the high growth ELC Online division and was hailed by Internet World as one of the "Top 25 Shapers of the Net". In addition, she developed ELC's global consumer marketing function, building their consumer databases from inception and more importantly, developing the ability to utilize and mine the data to generate actionable consumer insights and transform the business in all channels (offline and online).
