Mr. Akshay Marwah is a Manager, Taxation and has been associated with the firm for more than 3 years. He assist the clients on opinions related to direct tax matters, corporate taxation, appearance before the assessing authorities including CIT, CIT(A) & ITAT. His area of expertise is in handling of tax cases including litigation both under Direct and Indirect Tax besides an interface between the client and the tax office.
Mr. Anil Khatri is a founder partner of the firm and has over 30 years of industry experience in Auditing, Financial and Management Consultancy. He holds a specialization in Corporate Advisory Services, Project Feasibility Reports/Financial closures, Corporate Laws and Management Consultancy.
Ms. Tripti Garg is a Manager-Audit & Assurance with the firm. She trained with the firm during her internship and qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2015 . She has been associated with firm from her internship in the firm. She has been handling Statutory/Internal Audit besides being a active part of the IFRS and AS implementation team of the firm.. As part of Audit Manager, she is responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of clients businesses.
She is a young professional who is an active participant of GST knowledge house of the firm. She has also participated as an occasional speaker in many seminars besides engaged in knowledge development of the entire team of the firm.

He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1986. He presently oversees the Tax Advisory and Corporate Advisory Practice. He is an advisor to various organizations engaged in different fields.
Apart from advising clients (both domestic and international) on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
He was also taken on board of directors of O K Play India Ltd, a listed leading toy manufacturer company besides being promoter/ Director of various other Private Companies.
