ANTEQUERA - Key Persons
Currently, Albe is the Director of Ser Voz, a digital platform that collects the testimony of those who carry out projects for the reconstruction of the social fabric in Venezuela, based on culture and creativity; she is also the producer and host of the radio program of the same name, broadcast by Unión Radio Cultural 90.3 FM. She is Leader Facilitator of Active Citizens in Venezuela, a methodological program promoted by the British Council, whose objective is to offer citizenship and peace culture tools to the members of the communities in order to form locally committed and globally connected networks.
She is also coordinator of State Alumni Distrito Federal Chapter, a network that brings together graduates of training and education programs of the U.S. Embassy in Venezuela; and was Executive President of Cultura Chacao from 2014 to 2018.
Her experience will provide AP&R with a broad vision of the creative industry, advising clients belonging to the Orange Economy on successful strategies in line with reality.
Andres has been a member of the Antequera team since 1996. From 2006, he is responsible for leading the Administrative, Accounting, Tax and Personnel Management of the Firm. Seasoned in finances, labor law and industrial relations; Andres is also responsible for guaranteeing the Firm´s operations, as well as the administration of material and financial resources related to business processes, and to oversee compliance with legal regulations.
Clary is responsible for coordinating with the Venezuelan authorities the requests coming in from Asian and Venezuelan clients.

Claudia Tovar is a Pharmacist graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, with 15 years of experience in the sanitary and regulatory sector, which regulates the commercialization of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, food, medical materials and equipment in Venezuela.
Dinora offers legal advice about Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, Advertising Law, and Copyrights to clients in the United States of America and Mexico. She has a robust experience in trademark portfolio management and in ensuring the best protection for intangible assets.
She has been part of the AP&R team since 2005, when she began as an intern in the Trademarks Department, and she has made her way up the career ladder since then while reaping great achievements. On May 2019 she became partner of the firm.

José Armando Sosa is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, has a specialization in Procedural Law from the same university, has a certification in Professional Training for the Application of Conciliation and Commercial Arbitration from CEDCA, a specialization in Labor Procedural Law from Universidad Arturo Michelena, a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana and a post-graduate degree in Hydrocarbons Law from Universidad Monteávila.
He is responsible for coordinating all the paperwork and processes with the Autonomous Service of Intellectual Property, ensuring the correct registration of our clients' trademarks and patents, and other related requests.

Juan Salvador Pérez is a lawyer from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and holds a Master's degree in Political and Governmental Studies. He has an outstanding work as a consultant in strategic communications for important public figures and politicians. He has worked in the public and private sector, in 2018 he was Executive Director of the National Commission for Investment Promotion (CONAPRI), collaborates as a columnist in different Venezuelan publications, belongs to the editorial board of SIC Magazine and is currently the Director of Strategic Communications of the political and corporate communications agency Relatio.
She joined our firm in 2007, and since then, she has been responsible for identifying and creating processes intended to promote innovation and to ensure quality in the services given by the Firm.
Her knowledge on quality management, management indicators, and integral company management have allowed Lissette to come up with guidelines for effective control and internal audit. In addition to this, she leads the implementation of a Quality Management System that seeks to improve business processes pursuant to ISO norms.

Luis Alberto Russian is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has more than 27 years of experience in international trade related issues in the public and private sector. His incorporation as a consultant of AP&R allows him to offer the firm's clients a strategic and real vision of the challenges associated with the export of products and services. In addition to his trajectory, he has been president of the Foreign Trade Committee of CONINDUSTRIA, advisor to CONSECOMERCIO, as well as president of the Venezuelan Colombian Chamber of Commerce (CAVECOL) and FEDECAMARAS. He is backed by more than 16 years of career in the public sector where he concluded as President of the Antidumping and Subsidies Commission.

Manuel Antonio Rodriguez coaches, advises, develops, and implements anti-counterfeiting and prevention programs against other kinds Intellectual Property rights infringements. He manages administrative and judicial actions to defend and enforce Intellectual Property rights before the corresponding government authorities. Furthermore, he is a specialist and advisor in training programs for public officials of Venezuela and other countries.

Since 2003, Ramon Ramirez is responsible for the Firm's overall operation, including the financial, human resources, and information technology areas. He also participates in the strategic planning and its implementation.
He has vast experience in managing the intangible assets for companies and outstanding knowledge in both national and international market financial areas.
Previously, he was Executive Director (CEO) of Caferomatic C.A. (2001 - 2003), Senior Trader at ZAP Futures LLC (1995 - 2000), and Vice-President of Banco Capital (1984 - 1994).
