Dr. Bollinger's specialty training focuses on trauma, reconstruction, nerve compression, and other disorders of the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder. He has given many presentations at regional and national meetings and enjoys staying up-to-date with new research and innovative techniques to help his patients improve their quality of life.
Dr. Lucas is a respected orthopaedic surgeon who is on the forefront and the leading edge of sports medicine in Wichita and throughout Kansas.

Grace received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing at Wichita State University in 2008. She started working with Dr. Dart in November 2010. She assists Dr. Dart in surgery, cares for patients in clinic and also helps with office work such as surgery scheduling, patient calls and FMLA/Disability paperwork.
Dr. Shepherd joined AOA after completing a total joint reconstruction fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, which is amongst the most prestigious joint replacement centers in the world. He specializes in partial knee replacement, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, robotic-assisted joint replacement, and revision hip and knee replacement.
Dr. John Childs is a fellowship-trained and board eligible surgeon specializing in foot and ankle disorders. He obtained his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences, Kansas City, MO.
He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation-South Pointe Hospital, Cleveland, OH and will complete his fellowship from Orthopedic Associates of Michigan, Grand Rapids, MI in summer of 2019.
Dr. Phillip Hagan is a highly respected, board certified orthopedic surgeon who joined Advanced Orthopaedic Associates in June 2019. Throughout his medical career, he has garnered a well-deserving reputation for performing at a high level of clinical excellence, and for offering his vast repertoire of expertise in arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery, meniscus, cartilage repair, ACL reconstruction, shoulder instability, and labral repair, rotator cuff repair, and total shoulder replacement. As a testament to his professional excellence, Dr. Hagan has held prominent leadership roles at various institutions including being appointed as Chief of Surgery at Liberty Hospital, President of several past practices, and governing board member of an ambulatory surgery center. He has also served on hospital boards. Additionally, Dr. Hagan is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine- Wichita.
In light of his exceptional academic career, Dr. Hagan completed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and later obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1986. Thereafter, he completed his residency at The University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita in 1991. He went on to complete his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1992. With a commitment to excellence, he became board-certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Hagan is the recipient of Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2014, 2016), On-Time Doctor Award (2015, 2016, 2018), and Patients' Choice Award (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018). He has also been recognized as an Active Teacher in Family Medicine by the American Academy of Family Medicine.

Dr. Hendricks joined AOA after completing a total joint reconstruction fellowship at the Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. While there, he learned the latest techniques in hip and knee replacement, including the direct anterior approach to total hip replacement. He specializes in partial knee replacement, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, robotic-assisted joint replacement, and revision hip and knee replacement.
