Daniel is a Structural Project Engineer with over 15 years' experience in the delivery of a variety of structural projects for infrastructure and commercial industries. Daniel has worked with APEC since 2015 and has been involved under a wide range of responsibilities in planning, design and implementation of structural solutions based on engineering specifications and technical drawings.

David is a Professional Engineer specializing in structural and building envelope design. David has worked with APEC since 1995 and has a comprehensive understanding of Cayman Islands building practices and local Building Code requirements. David has proven design experience in the seismic design of structures.

Denis is a Chartered Engineer working in the Cayman Islands since 2003. Denis's expertise includes civil and structural design as well as contract procurement, project management and administration. Denis also specializes in computer modeling and analysis of both civil and structural projects including road design & traffic engineering.

Mauro is a Structural Engineer working in the Cayman Islands since 2018. Mauro has been involved in the design, modelling and construction monitoring of large structural projects in Ireland and the Cayman Islands. Mauro possesses extensive knowledge of structural analysis and three-dimensional building information modelling processes.
Pearse has been the Principal of APEC since 1993. He is a Chartered Engineer with in depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering. Pearse is particularly experienced in development in the Cayman Islands, but has also worked extensively in the UK, Ireland and the USA. In addition to key involvement in all of APEC's civil and structural projects, Pearse can provide expert advice on hurricane resistant design and geotechnical engineering. Having guided several large projects through the planning and permitting process Pearse is very familiar with permitting issues particular to the Cayman Islands.
