Anne E. Doster

Anne is a respected and sought-after organizational effectiveness consultant, facilitator and coach with extensive experience in performance management, training, and leadership development. With over 30 years of experience in providing coaching, training facilitation, career development, and organizational development consulting, Anne is well-prepared to assist individuals and organizations in rapidly-changing and complex business environments. After earning her bachelor's and master's degrees from East Carolina University, Anne earned her doctorate in Adult and Community College Education with an emphasis in Training and Development at North Carolina State University. She is a Board Certified Counselor, National Certified Counselor, North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, and certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Hogan and Tilt 365. Anne is also trained as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke University's Center for Integrative Medicine.

Madra has over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations embrace change and thrive. Her experience includes teaching at the university level, instructing students in career counseling, and providing individual coaching on career decision-making. In addition, Madra has partnered with many organizations to guide them through job-change strategies necessitated by corporate reorganizations. Madra's career-transition counseling clients include individuals, business executives, and higher education professionals throughout the US as well as those in Europe, Canada, India, South America, Africa, Australia, and China. Prior to establishing APLS Group in 2000, Nanci was a corporate training manager for R.H. Donnelley, the largest independent sales, marketing and publisher for the Yellow Pages industry. In this capacity, Nanci provided a full range of training and organization development services, including identifying, coaching and developing managers and other upper-tier employees to build a high-performance culture. Nanci is Founder and CEO of APLS Group. Before starting the company in 2000, Nanci was a corporate trainer for the Fortune 500 company RH Donnelley and Director of Programs at NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. In these roles, Nanci provided a full range of training and organizational development services including identifying leaders, coaching managers and executives, and developing teams to build a high-performance culture. Since 2000, Nanci has dedicated her professional career to growing APLS Group into a reputable leadership/talent development and a coaching/consulting organization. Her approach of partnering with clients to create and deliver the most appropriate, effective and efficient solutions has resulted in many long-term relationships with satisfied clients around the globe. Nanci has her MA in Counseling from the University of Colorado, a BA in Psychology and Education from the University of Denver, and she is also National Certified Counselor. She is certified as a facilitator of a variety of assessment tools and programs, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® , Everything DiSC®, Achieve Global®, DDI®, Situational Leadership® and Targeted Selection®, along with the VitalSmarts and Franklin Covey suite of programs, including Crucial Conversations®. Paige is APLS Group's Director of Business Development as well as a talented facilitator and coach. As a coach and leadership development professional, Paige partners with her clients to identify and solve their professional needs and achieve desired business results. She helps her clients clarify their career and life goals and create action plans to achieve what is important to them. Her passion is to ensure the success of individuals who are facing a variety of changes and to enable them to repeat that success over and over again. Paige is also known for her collaborative and inspiring leadership style and strong client relationship skills, which have earned her a reputation for service excellence. Paige earned a BS in Nursing from the University of Virginia and an MBA from James Madison University. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and is also trained as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke University's Center for Integrative Medicine.

Shirley Appleman

Shirley is a leadership development professional with more than 15 years of experience helping people, teams, and organizations grow. Shirley coaches individuals at all levels and in all sectors. She also designs and facilitates dynamic and thoughtful learning experiences that stretch and challenge leaders to be the very best versions of themselves, and to unleash their ability to help others do the same. Prior to leadership coaching, Shirley was the principal of a high performing elementary school serving underserved students in Southeast Los Angeles. Shirley started her career as a consultant at Accenture where she focused on transforming businesses through customized training and implementation of change management initiatives. Shirley majored in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Haverford College and received an M.A. in Urban Education at Loyola Marymount University. Outside of school, Shirley enjoys working out, eating delicious food, and spending time with friends and family.

Tamara McCulloch

Tamara comes to us with more than 20 years of experience in designing and developing instructor-led and web-based courses in the information technology, pharmaceutical, financial, medical, and education sectors. She is a certified educator, instructional consultant, and project team leader. Tamara's experience includes leading design teams through the development of training materials for processes and procedures, facilitating groups, developing executive leadership, and creating communities of practice. She is also a certified facilitator in DiSC® assessment delivery and facilitation. Tamara is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), sits on the ATD-Research Triangle Area Chapter (ATD-RTA) board, and is the past president of the ATD-RTA Chapter. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association, and the Organization of Women in International Trade - Greater Triangle.
