Mr. Abbas Ali Khan graduated with a bachelor's of science degree and then went on to further his studies at the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
After completing his education, he went onto being the senior research assistant in the Department of Clinical Immunology at the University of Texas Cancer Center, MD Anderson, where he worked on and supervised various research projects. Later in his career, he also worked with other companies in the development of radioimmunoassay, enzyme immunoassays, protein purifications, and antibody production. He then went on to starting and managing his own reference laboratory.
In his spare time, Abbas is quite the outdoorsman. He likes playing sports, hunting, camping, and fishing to name a few. He is a caring husband, a devoted father, and a loving grandfather and always enjoys spending time with his family.

Mr. Rettig retired as Executive VicePresident, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for National Oilwell Varco, Inc. ("NOV") at the end of 2014 after 24 years with the Company. NOV is a Houston based worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of equipment used in oil and gas drilling and production operations, and the provision of oilfield and supply chain integration services to the oil and gas industry. In 2014, NOV had approximately $22 billion in revenue with 65,000 employees, operations in 75 countries, and was in the S&P 100.
Mr. Rettig served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from February 2009 until his retirement and as the Company's Vice President and General Counsel from February 1999 until his retirement. Mr. Rettig earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his JD and MBA from the University of Houston.

John Warner is a Project Director with 35 years overseas experience in the Middle and Far East. Over the last 30 years he has managed International Consultancy Firms, obtained commissions and established offices in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines.
Mr. Warner has been responsible for forming and participating in consortia to design major mixed-use developments, tourism, hospitality and road and infrastructure projects and acted as Project Director for development of the project brief, project and resource programming and planning from project inception to completion.
Mr. Warner is a results focused professional with a determination to succeed. His overseas experience has given him a unique ability to handle difficult challenges including taking a business from start-up to a very successful consultancy practice employing 180 staff. He also has vast experience of working with a multi-disciplined / multi-cultural work force, both staff and management.
Mr. Warner is a highly reliable professional able to inspire and mentor team members, management and clients alike. He am a good communicator able to take a brief, explain what needs to be done and ensure that the end result is within budget, on time and exceeds the clients' expectations.

Jon Stone is a principal and founder of J. Stone Construction. He is responsible for direction and oversightof daily operations and the development and perpetuation of clientrelations. Jon is a graduate of TexasA&M University. Upon graduation, Mr.Stone joined Anderson Consulting, a division of Arthur Andersen beforeembarking on his entrepreneurial journey.

Mr. Lutfi Hassan is a resident of Houston, Texas for the past 40 years and currently serves on the advisory board for several multinational companies in the U.S. and Asia.
Mr. Hassan is the founder of the Apex Group of Companies and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in international relations through his experience in consulting in both in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Hassan has served as an advisor on Presidential, Gubernatorial, Senatorial, Congressional, Mayoral and Judicial campaigns in the United States over the past twenty years and has served as a national finance co-chair for the Obama for America campaign in both 2008 and 2012. Over the years, Mr. Hassan has also served on the National Advisory Board (NAB) as a member of Democratic National Committee.
Mr. Hassan has been a pioneer in representing the South Asian community and was selected to serve on the South Asian American Leadership Council (SAALC) based out of Washington, D.C. He is an established civic leader representing the South Asian community in mainstream American politics and as such, has dealt with issues and concerns of the community at the highest level within the U.S. Government.
On Jan 9th, 2003, a US flag was flown over the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. by the order of House Of Representatives (United States Congress) to honor Lutfi Hassan for his decades of his community service. It was later presented to him in a ceremony with the certificate of archives.
Most recently, Mr. Hassan served on the board of advisory for South Asians for Biden, which mobilized a nationwide get out the vote (GOTV) effort among the greater South Asian community.
Additionally, in 2018, he was appointed to serve as a senior advisor to the Chairman, Dr. Guru Reddy, on the US & Malaysian Sovereign Fund owned by the Continental Hospital Group located in Hyderabad, India.
In 2019, Mr. Hassan was appointed to and is currently serving on the Board of Advisory for the Global Eternal Gandhi Museum, a non-profit organization seeking to create, through the life and work of Gandhi, a thriving, vibrant educational organization aimed at changing the world through its visitors while creating a sustainable and successful new resource for the Greater Houston area.

Considered the visionary behind the formation of impowersoft, Mr. Hassan presently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company. As a Co-Founder, Mr. Hassan was instrumental in the development of the company's first product, Aspire - Insurance Agency Management Software. This endeavor allowed him to utilize his professional experience in insurance as well as his education in, and passion for automation and information technology.
Mr. Hassan began his insurance career in June 2000 as an IT Administrator for a large commercial lines agency in Houston, Texas. With his "learn with every opportunity" attitude, he quickly became familiar with the ins-and-outs of this retail agency. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his property and casualty insurance license and then shifted his focus to sales and growth for the agency. From 2001 to 2005, he climbed the ranks within the agency, and in May 2005, he seized the golden opportunity to purchase the agency from the previous owner. Since then, Mr. Hassan has founded and co-founded over a dozen companies and presently owns, is a partner in, and consults for several insurance companies and agencies in Texas.
Mr. Hassan is a well-respected entrepreneur in Texas who is known to make smart decisions and produce realistic solutions. He is well-liked by his peers who admire his contagious positive attitude, laser sharp focus, and extremely high standards for customer service.
Mr. Hassan grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Information Systems Technology. While in college, he was a member of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, one of the many service and social organizations he is still involved with today.

Mr. Hassan is an accomplished professional with success as entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector and is considered the visionary behind the formation of One Stop Green and the Simplify Solar online platform. He presently serves as the President in both company's and was instrumental in the development of One Stop Green's e-commerce website and free mobile app that allows users to conduct energy audits directly from their mobile phones. This endeavor allowed him to utilize his professional experience in business as well as his education in, and passion for environmental issues.
Experienced with policy issues in Foreign Relations,Energy, and Public Affairs, Mr. Hassan has ample experience in executing strategic plans,directing large-scale events, and leading initiatives that raise public awareness on a national scale.
Mr. Hassan grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has an educational background in International Affairs, Political Science,Sociology, and European Union Politics with experience in law and organizational management. Mr. Hassan also earned a Master's Degree in Political Management from the George Washington University.
In 2014, Mr. Hassan won the Department of Energy (DOE's) Solar SunShot Catalyst Award in renewable energy. He currently serves on various boards including Secretary for the South Asian Chamber of Commerce in Houston, Texas.
