ARBITRATION

The Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei ("CAA") is a non-profit organization based in Taipei, Taiwan, providing the administration of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution under its own rules or any other rules agreed upon by the parties... The CAA Mediation Center was established in May 2003, pursuant to Article 45 of the Arbitration Act. The Center administers all mediation cases referred to CAA. It also trains mediators and formulates mediation rules.
