Allen Connely provides direct oversight of Oswego Industries and its sister agency, the Arc of Oswego County; Connely is also the CEO for Mozaic, a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Cayuga, Seneca, Tompkins, and Yates Counties Connely serves as the Chair of the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE) and is a SourceAmerica board member. He also serves as Treasurer for New York Industries for the Disabled (NYSID), as a Board member for Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, as the CEO is a board member of Yates Transit Service, and is a Board member and Treasurer of Collaborative of NY Holdings, LLC. Previously, Connely served as the Executive Vice President of Keystone Independence Management. Allen possesses extensive leadership experience in developmental disabilities services and business operations. In his free time, Allen enjoys reading and playing golf.

Lee Sullivan

Lee Sullivan became the Services Director for Oswego Industries/Arc of Oswego County in March 2022. Before assuming this role, Sullivan served as the Day Services Director at Unity House for eight years. During her tenure at Unity House, she supervised Community and Day Habilitation and Self-Direction programs. Sullivan also managed the PROSperity program catering to persistently mentally ill and substance-use-disordered populations. Additionally, she provided oversight for the Drop-in Center and Peers Place and worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the QA/CC Department. Lee was renowned for her ability to streamline processes, revitalize struggling teams, and empower them to work cohesively. After graduating from Oswego State University, Sullivan embarked on her career at ARISE in 2003. During her tenure as the Community Service Manager, she had responsibilities encompassing community-based programs and Consumer Directed Personal Care Assistance. In her leisure time, Lee enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Michael Weaver

Michael Weaver oversees all financial aspects for Oswego Industries and the ARC of Oswego; Weaver brings over 30 years of accounting experience working in the non-profit business sector. Weaver was an Eagle Scout, past Student Government President of SUNY Morrisville, and currently serves as the President of Carley Mills Cemetery Association. Previously, Weaver worked as an accountant for the Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Conference for 13 years. Weaver has extensive knowledge of business and finance management skills. Weaver enjoys time with his family, sports, and community events.
