Ms. Griffin brings 25+ years corporate recruiting, executive search, executive transitions and change management experience with Accenture, Korn/Ferry International and Battalia Winston. Differentiators throughout her career are her knowledge based hands-on execution and service delivery with a constant critical eye on the changing talent market.
Ms. Griffin enjoyed an 18+ year career (1982-2001) with Accenture where she was a thought leader in recruiting, executive transitions and business development nationwide with posts in the Houston, Los Angeles and Washington, DC offices. Kathryn was a Lead Behavioral Interview Instructor to the firm's US Executive Team. She designed and led Accenture's Mid-Atlantic Executive Transition & Alumni Relations with direct results to business development and brand image. Later as Associate Partner-Business Development, Kathryn created and launched Accenture's highly successful Women's Leadership Forum, a thought leadership exchange for senior executives which continues today as a global business development initiative. Clients included: Verizon, MCI, Discovery Communications, PSINet.
Following her Accenture career, Ms Griffin was a Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry International for five (5) years. She designed, built and led the US Mid-Atlantic Region's Legal & Professional Services executive search practice. Ms. Griffin grew revenues in two years to become the #1 North America Legal Partner. Since, Kathryn has furthered both her executive search and executive transitions consulting businesses on complementary boutique platforms; Battalia Winston and Ariel Consulting LLC.
Ms. Griffin's thought leadership, The CEO Lawyer was published in Stephen Covey's Leadership Excellence Magazine, Lawyers Australia, The ABA Journal and Law360. She is board experienced with both for-profit and non-profits.
