Angi brings more than twenty-three years of insurance industry experience with 10 of those years being exclusive to the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. As an Account Executive, Angi is responsible for the overall coordination of the pharmacy benefit plan, account management activities, implementation, reporting, and handling any escalated member issues. Angi is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience and being a trusted advisor. Angi earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a concentration in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. She also currently holds her life and health insurance license.

She has over 6 years of high-level consulting experience in multiple industries. While Elyse's strengths are in financial performance analysis and quantitative reasoning, her skills also include benefit plan development, regulatory compliance adherence, project management and ongoing client service. Elyse graduated Cum Laude from the Bittner School of Business at St. John Fisher College earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with dual Concentrations in Financial Planning and Human Resources. Gary Homar has over 25 years of experience serving clients in the healthcare industry, focusing on pharmacy benefits and operations. As a Senior Account Director with Express Scripts for 8 years, Gary worked with middle-market clients to develop strong pharmacy benefit programs while controlling costs for their organizations. Gary's background includes over 16 years as Regional Manager with Medicine Shoppe Pharmacies / Cardinal Health, which provided him with a thorough knowledge of PBM and pharmacy negotiations. With this combined experience, Gary has a strong understanding of PBM operations and how they manage benefit programs for their clients. As a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, Gary has expertise in PBM pricing methods, contract negotiation and benefit plan designs. Gary's efforts are focused toward providing strong benefit programs, cost control, as well as client and member satisfaction. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and resides in the St. Louis area.

Jeff Wilson - President

Jeff Wilson, a Pennsylvania native, manages the "product" segment of our business. Jeff holds licenses for life, health, annuity and HMO in Florida. His insurance knowledge, coupled with his licensure status, validates the company's involvement with the sale of fully insured carve out prescription drug card programs. Mr. Wilson also manages the operations of both ARMS, Inc. and ARMSRx, Inc. The scope of responsibility has many facets and includes the development of these products, marketing of all insured products and commission accrual and payment to all agents. Regarding our consulting clients through the ARMSRx division, Jeff assists in evaluating information and reports received from the various PBMs that are specific to the client. He also reviews utilization, charges, discounts and the pricing components on behalf of our client's pharmacy programs and monitors performance according to the PBM's contractual performance guarantees and reviews for discrepancies. Mr. Wilson's contribution to the company involves many areas and Jeff's grace and humanitarian style have been well received by our clients and marketing relationships. We view his participation as a valuable piece of our vision of on-going exceptional service.

John Van Valkenburgh

John is responsible for providing the technology that enables a reliable flow of information within the company and with our clients. John has had a long career in many computer-related fields…as an engineer designing hard disk drive and tape drive mechanisms, a project manager directing large development projects and many years as a computer and engineering consultant. In addition, John's experience in building and modifying personal computer hardware and software dates back over twenty-five years. John holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Kansas, a master's degree in business administration from California State University, and a patent for tape drive head positioning mechanisms used in hundreds of thousands of computer peripherals. Outside of the office John enjoys spending time with his family and participating in competitive running. He has completed the Boston Marathon 14 times so far.

Kali Panagos

Dr. Panagos has over twenty years of experience, half of which have been exclusively dedicated to the managed care space overseeing Clinical Development, Operations & Client Services/Management. Innovative, forward thinking and results driven, Dr. Panagos delivers real value by ensuring client results are aligned with proper objectives and best interests now and in the future. Dr. Panagos provides leadership, strategic direction and oversight to clinical and operation teams including managing vendor partnerships with brokers, TPA's, mail/specialty and PBM platforms. She has expertise in the design of market competitive clinical program offerings rooted with clinical integrity. Dr. Panagos is an MTM and immunization certified licensed clinical pharmacist, has practiced in various settings including community, hospital and academia. She has served on the faculty and administration of Long Island University's Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and is a pharmacy mentor at St. John's University College of Pharmacy. She has also served with the New York State Board of Pharmacy as an examiner for the pharmacy compounding licensure examination. Dr. Panagos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from St. John's University, New York. Additionally, Dr. Panagos holds a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn College of Pharmacy, Winchester Virginia. She is an active member of the Association of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA).

Melanie Kennedy has over 20 years of experience in human resources, marketing, and education plus 23 years as a pharmacy benefit consultant. Prior to working as a pharmacy benefit consultant, Melanie managed a communications program for a $230 million state government health plan with 130,000 lives and managed the ethics-in-contract review program for state government. Melanie facilitated strategic business planning in government and co-developed/ taught a national award-winning training program for the public sector related to strategic business planning. Melanie works with a variety of clients including city, state and municipal governments, Fortune 100 companies, labor trusts, and a variety of middle-market accounts across the United States. She utilizes her analytical skills to provide her clients with insight into opportunities to improve quality of care and lower costs. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business Education; and received her Certification in Facilitation through the U.S. National Guard Quality and Productivity Center. She is a past national board member of the American Society for Quality Control's Public Sector Network. She is also Past President of the Arkansas Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and past board member of the Arkansas Tech University Foundation Board. Robert Markovich

Rob is an experienced audit and management professional with over 17 years of progressive audit, management, and consulting experience during his tenure at public accounting firms and most recently with a large top Fortune 20 company. Rob has over 11 years of experience in the PBM industry where he directed an organization managing all types of PBM audits. His team handled thousands of audits during his tenure. The scope of the audits included claims and rebate processing, financial and performance guarantees, operations, and compliance. His analytical skills and ability to see beyond the numbers were instrumental in the efficient and expeditious resolution of these audits. His extensive business skills and his excellent understanding of the industry allowed Rob to be instrumental in the successful negotiation of settlements on these PBM audits. In addition, he served as the subject matter expert for audit during contract negotiation and requests for proposals.

Ron Kocher

Ron Kocher has worked in the pharmacy benefits arena since 1999 - consulting, managing vendor (PBM) procurement for a national consulting firm and managing the pharmacy benefit program for a Fortune 500 firm. Prior to 2001, Ron had extensive experience in the health benefits industry - including consulting for three major consulting firms; service management and sales for a large group insurer; and senior management for a third-party administrator. He has also been an advisor to the National Managed Health Care Congress (NMHCC). He uses this experience to help clients identify issues in their pharmacy benefits plans and then develop and implement a strategy for addressing them, including auditing PBM performance and contract compliance. Having worked in many facets of health benefits, he brings to his clients a broad perspective of pharmacy benefits, including interaction with other health benefits. Ron's clients have included employers in many industries, Taft-Hartley Funds, Third Party Administrators and employer associations.

Wende Ward

Wende has more than twenty years of pharmacy benefit management experience, working with all lines of business and across all market segments, including health plans, employers, third party administrators and government programs. Wende has worked in both the pharmacy benefit manager role as well as the pharmacy benefits consultant role in various positions including sales, consulting, operational and client management. She has worked with brokers/consultants, employers and health plans nationwide to manage prescription drug spend and overall healthcare costs through comprehensive analysis, strategies and guidance. She is a current member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA). Wende earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Cincinnati.
