Edward T. Lynch Jr.

Edward T. Lynch, Jr. is a 1967 graduate of Georgetown University. He holds both a Master in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, several U.S. District Courts, several Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Claims Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He resides in New Britain and has served as its Corporation Counsel. He was previously an Associate Professor of Law at Central Connecticut State University and he is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Gregory J. Spuches

Gregory J. Spuches earned his A.O.S. degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton in Syracuse, New York and a B.P.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Technology in Utica, New York. Gregory received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and is an active member of the Tax, Trusts & Estates, and Elder Law Sections of the American, Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations. Gregory's expertise is in personal and corporate tax planning, estate planning, business succession planning, and income tax compliance, Title XIX Medicaid planning, probate and estate administration, and charitable gift planning. Pamela Reardon Reynolds is a 1974 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University; she received her M.S. in 1979 from Southern Connecticut State University and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in 1985.
