In those rare cases we are not able to immediately correct stubborn issues, we turn to our manufacturers to step in and assist us in helping our customer. By doing this, we are extending our customers the same warranties as provided by the manufacturers of the products themselves (available on right). Our partnerships with these manufacturers provides great value to our customers. As one of their many authorized installers, and in some cases, their preferred installer, these manufacturers will help us get issues quickly resolved. It is important to note that we never leave the warranty claim process to the customer. Instead, we will initiate any claims needed, if that ever arises, and if they do arise, we will work directly with the respective manufacturer to..
