Arley received her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2008, became licensed as a sub-mortgage broker in 2017, and became registered as an Exempt Market Dealing Representative in 2020. She began working for Armada in 2013 as an administrative assistant and has worked her way up though the company to her current role. Outside of work, Arley is a mother of two and spends time volunteering with Scouts Canada, organizing a local Beaver Scout group.

Elysha graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2021, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She joined the Armada team in June 2022, and has enjoyed learning more about the industry and utilizing marketing skills she has gained through previous experience. In her own time, Elysha enjoys reading, seeing shows in New York, and listening to Taylor Swift.
Karin is the CFO, VP, Licensed Dealer Representative of Armada Wealth Management, and Company Controller. She manages several roles including overseeing the Company's accounting and mortgage administration division, and all things HR, including ensuring our clientele receives excellent customer service. Karin began investing in real estate through residential mortgages in 1994. She became a licensed mortgage broker in 2010 and a Licensed Dealer Representative after completing the Exempt Market Proficiency (EMP) course.
Michelle graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2018, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. She has been working at Armada for the past year, and has learned a lot about the industry first hand. Michelle has 6 years of previous experience working in Human Resources, Accounting and Administration. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether it is going out to eat, enjoying the outdoors, or watching Netflix on the couch.
Mr. Gordon Hone is the President, Director and founder of the Company since its inception in 1995. Mr. Hone was a realtor for 3 years before becoming a licensed mortgage broker in 1993. He was the previous owner of Westgate Homes; a residential home builder. Gordon attended Simon Fraser University, has completed several securities courses including the Partners, Director & Officers Course, the Canadian Securities Course and the Chief Compliance Officer's exam. In 2018 Gordon became the founder and the CEO, UDP & CCO of Armada Wealth Management. When Gordon is not in the office, he enjoys sailing, skiing, and anything outdoors with his family.
Yvonne became a BC licensed mortgage broker in 2005 and began working for Armada in 2011. She has since supplemented her certifications by becoming licensed in Ontario in 2021 and Alberta in 2022. It's important to Yvonne to build and maintain relationships with the brokers she works with so she can assist them in the best way possible. When she's off work, Yvonne enjoys spending time sitting by a fire, hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with her friends and family.
