Brad Pedersen has been an accomplished aerospace industry leader for more than 30 years. After earning advanced degrees in aeronautical engineering and business from Arizona State University, Pedersen started his career working as an engineer at The Boeing Company and served in a variety of roles there, including director of international Apache programs. He subsequently spent six years at Sikorsky Aircraft Company, including a stint as UH-60M program manager, and went on to a position as president of Airborne Systems Group. He subsequently served as president and chief executive officer of Breeze-Eastern Corporation. Pedersen joined ArmorWorks in August 2016 as president and chief executive officer.

Dan Gerelick is a financial strategist with a range of experience, much of it in aerospace, leading financial operations for high-growth organizations. His education includes a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration and management.
