Dave DeGroote graduated from Mohawk College as a Civil Engineering Technologist in 1985 and obtained his C.E.T desgination with OACETT in 1987. Dave began his career at Arnott Construction Limited in 1989 as a Contract Administrator/Estimator and is currently a Construction manager where his duties are to plan, organize, schedule, delegate, govern, and evaluate milestones of multi-million dollar civil construction and infrastructure projects; formulate cost analysis and negotiate contract revisions as required; and liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Mark Fisher began working for Arnott Construction in 1987, after graduating as a Civil Engineering Technologist in 1986. Mark worked as a surveyor in the field for 10 years. He then became a Foreman, and transitioned to a Supervisor for road works, miscellaneous, and small jobs. Mark continued his progression to Area Manager, overseeing construction projects and snow removal. Mark is currently involved in equipment management and continues as our Area Manager for Collingwood.
Nigel Shaw began working at Arnott Construction in 1987 as a part of the concrete structures division. During this time he attended Georgian College in Barrie, graduating as a Civil Technologist in 1992. Nigel then went on to become a job site supervisor and eventually, the Orillia Area Manager. By 1999 Nigel was the Operations Manager for the company. Nigel became President of Arnott Construction in 2005, and a significant shareholder of Arnott Construction in 2007. As current President and COO Nigel continues to lead, motivate, and develop individuals in the construction industry.
As Chief Executive Office, Todd directs, manages and oversees a select team of professionals. Todd has a focused business approach that is based on a foundation of trust and integrity. Todd is responsible for ensuring the overall target objectives are met for the continued growth of Arnott Construction Limited.
