Austin started working for the Arrowhead team in 2022. Austin helps with day to day operations and sales.
Dawn has worked with Arrowhead since 2003 as our full time manager. Her favorite part of her job is helping homeowners make decisions about updating the exterior of their homes. She says, "Arrowhead is one big family, I am honored to work for Rance and Susanne. I love how Arrowhead backs our community and that we all work to make Wichita Falls a better place."
Dion has worked with Arrowhead since 2016 as our metal roofing contractor. His favorite part of his job is fulfilling people's dreams of having a metal roof and giving them the best warranty in the business. He says Arrowhead is one big family.
Mike has worked for Arrowhead since 2005 as our siding contractor! His favorite part of the job is seeing people's faces when they see their new home with new siding, soffit, and facia. Especially when they change the colors of their home!
Rance and his wife, Susanne, started Arrowhead Roofing in 1999. Rance is passionate about providing Wichita Falls and surrounding communities with the highest quality of service and workmanship. He loves working with his team and helping meet the needs of every customer.
Randy is a second generation working for Arrowhead! Randy has been a part of the Arrowhead roofing team since 2006.
Robin has worked for Arrowhead since 2013 in quality control. He loves getting to visit with customers after a job is completed!
Russ has 20+ years of roofing and sales experience, 5+ Years as an adjuster, and
Sonny has worked with Arrowhead since 2010 in sales. His favorite part of his job is getting to work with people! Sonny has 20+ years in the roofing and construction field, is a retired insurance adjuster, and is a lifetime resident of Iowa Park!
Tony has worked for Arrowhead since 2003, he handles all things construction!
