We serve as Architects of Change for companies experiencing difficulties in meeting all their obligations, whether the obligations are to equity stakeholders, lenders, trade creditors, employees, customers, or governmental agencies. We also assist in the analysis of those businesses that may be meeting their financial obligations but not meeting the expectations of equity holders, creditors, and management... After our initial analysis, we will develop a plan of action. While many consulting firms will simply point out where problems exist, Asbell Joiner goes further by being the agents of change. Sometimes this may entail temporary assignment as an interim CEO, CFO, COO, or other executive role, other times the backing of executives or the board may be sufficient.
