Adarsh has acquired deep and extensive property finance experience having funded close to $3 billion dollars in property loans. He also has a passion for property development and through numerous Joint Ventures, has developed over $200 million in property. This experience offers invaluable insights into funding property developments, enabling him to provide clients with instrumental advisory services as part of their property finance solution.

Originally from China, Paige completed her bachelor's degree in Finance in Japan, followed by a Master of Professional Finance and Accountancy (1st Class honours) in New Zealand. Paige has an extensive understanding of the local lending products and financial market - kick-starting her career working for a local broking firm, Paige went on to work for various finance companies in NZ. Her experience working for both broking firms and lending institutions enables her to take a 360-degree perspective when handling client applications, carefully balancing the client's needs against lending requirements.
Paige joined ASAP in 2022 - she assists the lending managers in loan analysis, property valuation, loan administration and settlement management. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese.
Outside of work, she has a young family. She loves travelling and photography.
