Mr. Reed is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ASB's legal affairs and is a member of the Management and Investment Committees, playing a key role in advising on the strategic direction of the firm.
Prior to joining ASB, Mr. Reed was a partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP. While in private practice, Mr. Reed predominantly represented private equity fund sponsors and practiced in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law with experience related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, real estate, and business strategy.
Mr. Reed received an A.B. degree, magna cum laude from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. In addition to his role at the fund, Mr. Reed is a published author on matters related to private equity, securities law and finance.

Mr. Ruland is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategy for all existing investments across the ASB Real Estate funds, as well as all Accounting, Data Analytics, ESG, and IT functions. Additionally, he serves as Portfolio Manager for the ASB Meridian Real Estate Fund series of value-add investment funds, and as co-head of the Capital Investment Group, he participates in underwriting activities for all new investments.
During his tenure at ASB, Mr. Ruland has also served as Co-Head of Acquisitions, where he was responsible for ASB's new investment activity nationally, and Northeast Region Head of Investments, where he led both acquisitions and asset management in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England. As an Associate and Vice President, he also focused on acquisitions and asset management in the West Coast and Midwest markets. Mr. Ruland is a member of ASB Capital's Management Committee and Investment Committee and has participated in over $10 billion of transactions across various property types, including industrial, multi-family, retail, life science, and office, and spanning a wide breadth of transaction types in terms of complexity and risk spectrum.
Prior to joining ASB Real Estate in 2008, Mr. Ruland was a Navy Supply Corps Officer assigned to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. There, he was primarily responsible for underwriting and due diligence of new real estate and capital project investments for the Program's R&D laboratories.
Mr. Ruland is a member of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Urban Land Institute. He received a BBA from Loyola University in Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School where he was a Leadership Venture Fellow.

Mr. Robinson oversees all client relations activities. Mr. Robinson has over 25 years of fiduciary experience as a senior executive and attorney. With an extensive background in global marketing and client service, he has raised over $3 billion in real estate equity capital during his career.
Prior to joining ASB, he was Senior Vice President & Director of Capital Strategies for Dallas-based Hunt Realty Investments. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Global Capital Markets & Client Relations for the J.E. Robert Companies. Mr. Robinson also spent seven years in public service inside Washington, DC at the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. as Vice President & Counselor to Chairman, and as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Trade Development and then as Deputy Chief of Staff to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. He began his professional career as a corporate and real estate attorney for four years at a major, private Washington law firm.
Mr. Robinson received a JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.

David Quigley - Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Quigley oversees all new investment activity for ASB Real Estate. Prior to assuming the role of CIO in 2007, Mr. Quigley was responsible for ASB's Western Region, including sourcing new investments and asset management of portfolio properties. He is a member of ASB's Management Committee and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining ASB in 2004, Mr. Quigley was a Partner and Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of ING Realty Partners, where he was primarily responsible for investment activity, including identifying, evaluating and closing transactions; negotiating joint venture documentation with capital and operating partners; and obtaining third-party debt to facilitate closings. Prior to joining ING Realty Partners, he was Director of Project Finance for Essex Property Corporation.
Mr. Quigley received a BA degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Mr. Hieronymus has overall responsibility for the accounting function at ASB and is a member of the Management Committee.
Prior to joining ASB, Mr. Hieronymus was a principal with the JBG Companies, where he led the accounting and IT functions through their company merger. He oversaw all accounting business lines including their fund business, property management business, and corporate business.
Mr. Hieronymus received his CPA, MBA at University of Maryland; BA in Accounting from James Madison University.

Ms. McCoy is responsible for overall business development and client service activities in the Taft-Hartley Pension and Non-Pension sectors. Ms. McCoy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining ASB Capital Management, she was Managing Director of Sales and Marketing of Allied Investment Advisors. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President in Bank of America's National Clients Group.
Ms. McCoy is a graduate of Cannon Trust School at the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Braithwaite is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the suitability and impact on portfolio composition, risk, and performance of proposed new investments, leasing activity, sales and financings, in addition to playing an important role in product development, client service and client reporting efforts.
Prior to his responsibility as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, Mr. Braithwaite was an Investment Manager with ASB's Capital Investment group where he focused on acquisitions and asset management and was a Senior Analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Investment Banking Division prior to ASB.
He received his BA with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is a Morehead-Cain Scholar, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Franzetti serves as the Head of Acquisitions and is responsible for all of ASB's new investment activity nationally. Additionally, he oversees asset management on over 4 million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest regions. During his tenure at ASB, Mr. Franzetti has also spent time in portfolio management as the assistant portfolio manager for the ASB Allegiance Fund and has asset managed properties across all regions of the country. Mr. Franzetti is a member of ASB Capital Management's Management Committee and Investment Committee. Since joining ASB Real Estate Investments in 2006, Mr. Franzetti has been involved in over $10 billion in transactions nationally across property sectors including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage and student housing.
Mr. Franzetti received his MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in English Literature from McGill University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and member of the UDMUC Council and sits on the Advisory Board of Georgetown's Steers Center for Global Real Estate.

Mr. Bellinger oversees all functions of ASB's Real Estate Division. Mr. Bellinger has over 34 years of real estate investment experience and has completed over $15 billion in real estate capital transactions during his career. He serves as the Executive Portfolio Manager for ASB Allegiance Real Estate Fund.
Prior to joining ASB in 2002, Mr. Bellinger worked with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments as a Principal and Executive Vice President heading the Private Client Group, directing the National Asset Sales group. He is the founder and a current advisory board member of Rebuilding Together Philadelphia. Mr. Bellinger also serves on the Board and Executive committee of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bellinger received a BA with honors from Haverford College and an MBA from the Wharton School where he received the Dean's Award of Excellence.
Robert Bellinger, CFA, joins ASB Capital Management to lead its real estate group. Allegiance Real Estate Fund's assets under management is $150 million.
