Alecia draws on deep experience managing large, complex projects to understand clients' needs. Her ability to coordinate key personnel and her keen judgement help companies achieve their objectives when considering solution selection, strategic CRE consulting, and CRE lifecycle design. Alecia's work has spanned industries over the past 20 years in both the public and private sectors, with over 10 years of in-house experience managing large-scale portfolios and complex real estate projects. She brings expertise in strategic planning, people management, conflict resolution, process review and development, project management, program management and change management. Alecia graduated from Minnesota State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance. Alecia lives in Southwestern Minnesota with her husband and two children.

Amanda Lance

Over the past 20 years Amanda Lance has worked in product development and procurement, marketing, consulting, corporate branding, internal and customer communications. Her industry experiences include retail, government, healthcare, and corporate real estate. Amanda oversees the administration of the company - paying close attention to the details that keep the company running smoothly while supporting our staff, consultants and technical team as they create solutions for our clients. Amanda is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and an International Studies Certificate. She lives in the north Houston area with her husband and two children.

Beth Bell

Beth Bell has a proven ability to navigate the intricacies of project work, bring teams together, and guide projects through the complexities of implementation and integration to their final goals. Her wide-ranging background in IWMS and CAFM software systems and her corporate real estate industry knowledge have resulted in numerous successful implementations for major international clients and Fortune 500 companies. She has almost 20 years of experience in the industry, starting as a Business Analyst and advancing to ever-increasing positions of responsibility. She works well with many different personalities and earns trust with both clients and coworkers. She has experience in team development, training, and mentoring. Beth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Beth is an avid sports fan and loves to cheer on her teams. She is also a runner and has completed competitive races as well as multiple half marathons. She lives in the Dallas area with her adorable dog, Benzy.

Johan Wessels is an accomplished industrial engineer and management consultant that has managed and supported the delivery of projects for numerous Fortune Global 500 companies, domestic and international, within various industries including Oil & Gas / Energy, Financial, Auto, FMCG, Facilities Management (FM), Corporate Real Estate, and Government. Some of Johan's key projects include facilitating the outsourcing of complex FM support services for large national and international property portfolios, ERP and O&M systems implementations, custom software system design-development-implementation, BPO, and organizational change initiatives. Johan has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. After growing up on a ranch in South Africa, he now lives in Houston's Bay Area with his wife and four children. As a family, they love outdoor activities and wilderness adventures.
