Bio: Duane J Hadfield, Chief Financial Officer, joined AST in 2019. As C.F.O., Duane oversees Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Admin. Duane has an over 20-year history of success in leading large-scale programs, projects, and cross-group teams. He has extensive experience identifying and implementing strategies that identify opportunities and drive value.
Duane holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management degree with a Finance major, He is also a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics ("MAFF") and a Certified Valuation Analyst ("CVA") proficient in analyzing, distilling, and presenting actionable complex financial and business intelligence in companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to small and mid-size regional businesses.
Joe Hoff - CEO, Chairman, President
Bio: Joe Hoff has been the Chairman and CEO of Automated Systems of Tacoma, LLC (AST) since 2010. Under his leadership, AST has transformed into a leading, highly innovative, cGMP aseptic fill/finish equipment and services company for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Bio: Steven Ng, Chief Technology Officer, joined AST in 2014. As C.T.O., Steven oversees the system and process designs of AST's machinery, as well as the development of AST's engineering team and maintenance of customer relationships.
With over 25 years of experience in machine automation, system architecture and control system designs, Steven plays an integral role in the research and development of AST's technologies.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics and Physics from Campbell University.
