Mr. Renato Tanseco sits as the Chairman of Automated Technology (Phil.) Inc. He is responsible for providing leadership and governance to the Board of Directors. He creates and maintains conducive conditions to help enable effective performance among its individual Directors and the Board as a whole. He also ensures that all key and appropriate issues are discussed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. He holds a Master ™s degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Philippine Military Academy.

Mr. Vincent Abella is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Automated Technology (Phil.) Inc. He is responsible for ensuring that the whole organization and its members constructively and fully contribute in the development and the determination of the Company ™s strategies and policies, focuses on executing the company ™s business plan according to the established business model. In general, he is responsible for the entire Company ™s operations which include profitability, manufacturing, sales, quality, productivity and profit & loss (PnL). This includes ensuring that Board decisions are aligned with the best interest of the Company and that decisions fairly represent the Board ™s consensus. Before joining Automated Technology (Phil.) Inc., he was a Partner at SGV & Co., Ernst & Young Philippines, where he led advisory engagements in various industries servicing companies in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia. He holds a Master ™s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
