Jack Daniel, Jr. joined Assemblies, Inc. in 1985 as Vice President and Production Manager. He took over as President in 2006 upon the death of his father. Jack Jr.'s main responsibilities include testing cable assemblies to customer specifications and education of assemblers. Jack T. Daniel III joined Assemblies, Inc. in 1994 as an assembler. In 2000 he moved up to administration, sales and sales support, gradually taking over the responsibilities of his Grandfather. Upon the death of Jack Sr. in 2006, he became a shareholder and is now Director of Operations with responsibilities such as sales, finance and marketing. Jack Daniel, Sr., enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1952, became a Communications Engineer, served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars and retired as an E8 Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1972. It was during his tour of duty in the Navy that Chief Petty Officer Daniel expanded his knowledge and experience in what we now refer to as "Microwave Cable" technology. Mr.Daniel envisioned Assemblies, Inc. to be a family owned and operated business. He served as President and Chief Executive until his death in 2006. Jack Daniel, Jr. joined Assemblies, Inc. in 1985 as Vice President and Production Manager. He assumed the Presidency from his father in 2006.

James "JC" Tinney joined the company in 1988 as an assembler but now serves as Production Manager. JC's current responsibilities include overseeing production and controlling inventory. JC is one of the three shareholders of Assemblies, Inc.
