Having a very unique background as a CPA, CISA and CCSK, Blaise has performed over 500 SOC attestation reviews and over 300 HITRUST/HIPAA assessments for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 clients in various industries. Blaise is also a sought-after speaker and has delivered several speaking engagements at well-renowned conferences such as HIMSS, HITRUST, and ISACA. Blaise has also written dozens of blogs and whitepapers on the topics of Security Compliance, Telemedicine, Blockchain technology, and Third-Party Risk Management. Prior to joining A-LIGN, Blaise was a Senior Consultant at Century Payments, Inc., and an Advisory Associate at KPMG.

Brian is a Managing Director, focusing on investments in the technology, software, information, and financial technology sectors at Warburg Pincus. Mr. Chang has been with Warburg Pincus for over 17 years. He serves as a director of Aura, BetterCloud, Businessolver, Contrast Security, Cyren, eSentire, Infoblox and NEOGOV and also helped lead investments in BitSight and CrowdStrike. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked at Merrill Lynch focusing on corporate finance and mergers, as well as acquisitions transactions.
Dustin is the Director and PCI DSS Practice Lead at A-LIGN and has been a leader in the payment card security industry for over 16 years. After having worked in the IT and Risk Management space for many years, he began conducting Visa CISP assessments in 2005, prior to the formation of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). He attended one the first QSA certification classes held by the PCI SSC and has worked with hundreds, if not thousands of organizations since. Dustin has worked directly with Fortune 500 companies, large retail environments, BPO providers, higher education, local and state governments, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), banking institutions, and payment providers. He has participated in several expert panels and has been a guest speaker for the North American PCI Community Meetings, The Treasury Institute of Higher Education, and other industry conferences. Dustin joined A-LIGN in 2016 as the PCI Practice Lead.

Joe has over 16 years of specialized cyber experience in defense, healthcare, and retail industries. Joe is a Certified Ethical Hacker of mobile, embedded, wireless and web-enabled devices and is lead member of a Strategic Innovation Group focused on reverse engineering efforts that resulted in long-term funded government contracts. He has created marketable capabilities using RaspberryPi & Arduino embedded boards, authored white-papers, and offered training for clients and colleagues.

As an operating executive, he has driven business growth from the President's office, as well as in VP roles in Marketing and New Business Development.
Prior to joining A-LIGN, Rosenberg served as the Chief Financial Officer for Tampa-based Vector Solutions, a leader in operational readiness software and training solutions. His broad responsibilities during his tenure included Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Planning and Analysis as well as Corporate Development, Real Estate & Facilities, Program Management, Sales Operations, and Legal. Rosenberg lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife, his mini-Australian shepherd (Silvi), and two Siberian kittens (Yeva and Jasper). He can usually be found on the baseball diamond most weekends where he continues to play competitive baseball here in the Tampa Bay area.
