ASSOCIATES HOME CARE - Key Persons
Maureen Stoll is a Human Resources and Business Management professional. She possesses extensive experience having served in leadership roles for some of the leading behavioral health providers in the region.
Maureen joined us in 2004 and has served as our Director of Human Resources and as our Director of Operations and Compliance. She was promoted to General Manager in 2016 and has been a key driver in the overall success of our organization. Maureen oversees the day-to-day management of Associates Home Care, Warwick Family Services, MCC and Bright Beginners Academy. Maureen also serves as our Compliance Officer.
Nannette joined the Warwick Family Services/Associates Homecare team in 2022.
She has worked in Human Resources since 2009 and possesses a broad range of experience in the healthcare and behavioral health sector.
Nannette is responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resources functions including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, benefits, family medical leave, workers compensation, regulatory compliance, and reinforcing/implementing company policy.
She is dedicated to assuring timely and accurate responses to staff inquiries and requests.
Nannette has a strong desire to help others succeed and achieve success in their roles. This is key to both their professional development and self- esteem.
Her experience, training and commitment to lifelong learning and personal development has contributed to her success in this role.
Shawn has worked in Part Time and Consulting roles with the Warwick House since 2011 and with Associates Home Care since 2018. In her Full time, expanded position with the company, she is responsible for overseeing the Nursing Services at The Warwick House as well as leading and providing operational oversight of Associates Home Care in Bucks and Delaware Counties. Shawn brings over 25 years' experience to this role holding positions as Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing with several Inpatient and Residential Behavioral Healthcare Providers in the region. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, completed her RN Degree in 1994 and her Master's degree in 2002.
