Put forward the views of European ATCOs and ATSEPs in an honest and non-political manner whenever our expertise might be useful; make sure that ATCOs and ATSEPs are involved in the definition of the European ATM system and kept informed on upcoming developments so as to meet the challenges that the ever-growing traffic demand is imposing. ATCEUC is an organization composed of member Unions with strong technical expertise. All our members are operational staff and we believe in a pragmatic approach, relying on pro-active propositions rather than defensive reactions... ATCEUC is an organization directed by an Executive Board elected by the Member Unions. Each EB Officer speaks on behalf of our Members and has a specific mandate to do so; EB Officers are elected on a two-year basis and their actions are reviewed twice a year by a plenary meeting.
