Mr. Amgad Mounir held the positon of Head of Minister's Office Sector - Ministry of Finance -Arab Republic of Egypt From 2014 - 2023.
He is considered the longest serving Senior Deputy Minister among other officials of All departments of the Ministry of Finance, if not all state's administrative functions as whole.
He has a work history of more than 36 years in the Ministry of Finance, full of diverse experiences in the areas of reviewing budgets and final accounts for all governmental organizations, financing, managing the operations of financing the state's general budget in terms of bonds and treasury bills, dealing with local and international funding institutions, and managing portfolios and assets, business evaluation, strategic planning and change management.

Mr. Moustafa Al Aroussy holding the position of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at AL Baraka Bank - Egypt, Mr. Aroussy has more than 24 years of extensive banking experience in a variety of fields including but not limited to corporate banking, coverage and client's relationship, investment, debt restructuring, and financial engineering.
Moustafa is a key member in senior committees in the bank (Executive and Asset-Liability Management committees at Al Baraka Bank Egypt) and is currently overseeing a transformation project for the corporate, syndications, and investments functions across the bank.
Prior to joining Al Baraka Bank Egypt, Mr. Aroussy spent 8 years working with Qatar National Bank Al Ahli as the Head of Domestic Groups coverage as well as supervising the Follow-up and Debt restructuring department. Moreover, he spent an additional 5 years with National Société General Bank prior to being acquired by QNB.
During his tenure with QNB Al Ahli, several international awards were achieved, latest of which was the "Best Syndicated Loan in Africa" by EMEA Finance - UK.
In 2006, he had joined Commercial Bank of Kuwait in Kuwait City as a Senior Corporate Relations Manager in the Corporate Banking, which diversified his exposure in the gulf market.
He started his career as a corporate banker at Arab African International Bank in Egypt where he obtained his certifications in Credit and Risk Management from CCR Fitch Ratings.
Mr. Aroussy holds an MBA from Maastricht school of Management - the Netherland in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (English Section) from Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration - Helwan University in Egypt.
He also attended several study tours and seminars with international institutions, such as the Federal Deposit insurance corporation, JP Morgan Chase and Co, Citibank NY, BNY Mellon, Master Card, Moody's analytics, and Goldman Sachs.
During his career, he passed several specialized training courses in the fields of specialized leadership and Management programs, the most important of which was the London School of Management and Leadership Program by Euro Money learning - UK, Institut d'Estudis Financers in Spain, and New York Institute of Finance.

Mr. Tarek Fahmy, Egyptian National, holder of Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Cairo University and has over 35 years of diversified local and International experience, working with global organizations such as DHL, Promoseven, Citibank, Dallah Al Baraka…etc. During those years Mr. Fahmy has headed different businesses such as Financial Institutions/Correspondent Banking, Operations, Credit and Marketing, Relationship Management, Financial Control, Trade, Cash Management ,Retail Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management and lastly as the CEO and MD of A.T. LEASE. He is also the MD of A.T.Securitiztion and a board member in Egyptian Saudi Insurance House and the chairman of The Egyptian Leasing Association and the Chairman of the Egyptian Leasing Federation and a Leasing Consultant to the FRA. Mr. Fahmy received more than 28 international courses, diplomas and seminars in Corporate Credit, Marketing, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Selling and Negotiation Skills, Management Workshops, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Retail Banking Products, Investment Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management…etc in addition to one of the most sophisticated Harvard University courses; Investment Appraisal, Project Finance and Risk Analysis. He has acquired many international awards especially during his 18 years as the Vice President at Citibank Egypt. As the CEO & MD of A.T. LEASE. Mr. Fahmy has taken the company (A.T. LEASE) from an idea in 2006 to be on top of the leasing industry in Egypt and the only Leasing and Factoring Company in Egypt Listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
