Cheryl Tatham

Cheryl Tatham started working with ATC as a Director of Partner Services- National Partner Accounts in 2015. She began her telecom/ low-voltage cabling career 25+ years ago as a technician in the field. With the knowledge she gained, she was able to help customers better understand their service needs and guide them through the sales process. Today she leads our sales team, ensuring our customers meet their IT and communication solutions goals.

Christine Smith

Christine is currently our Vice President of Field Operations and one of the founders of ATC. In 1991, she opened her first business, a café she owned and operated for several years until she sold the business and moved into project management. After working for several corporations as a project manager in telecommunications, non-profits, and financial institutions, Christine moved into consulting for some of the largest banks in the country, managing new credit card rollouts from inception to mailing. Her love of consulting and project management led her to start a business with the other founders of ATC, where she could put these skills to use.

Heather Boehm

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator Lead - Service Department
Heather Boehm has been with ATC for 7 years. She is a Project Coordinator for the Service Department. In addition to ensuring our customers receive grade A service, Heather loves the daily communication and the relationships she has built with our field techs. In her spare time, Heather is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and an avid Philly sports fan!

Jeff Killinger

Jeff started working with ATC as a field technician in 2011. As the years progressed, so did his role with the company. Jeff is currently a Project Manager and On-Site QA Field Lead. With over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, this new role suits him well!

Jennifer Vittorioso

Jennifer Vittorioso is one of ATC's project managers. After obtaining her degree in Liberal Arts, she left the corporate world in 2015 to raise her daughter. Jennifer joined the ATC team in 2021, where she has contributed to the project management of multiple large-scale retail rollout projects from numerous fortune 500 companies. Jennifer is a stickler for open communication and enjoys managing roll-outs big or small.

Katelyn Robinson

Katelyn Robinson is the Senior Billing Specialist at ATC. Katelyn attended Rowan University as an English Major. She joined ATC's Accounting Department following her graduation in 2011. She handles customer invoicing, technician collateral, and various clerical duties. Katelyn uses her customer service experience in retail and a small family business to ensure ATC's clients remain confident and supported with great service. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys seeing Broadway shows in NYC.

Kevin Hartwyk

Kevin Hartwyk started working as a Project Manager at ATC in June of 2021. He spent the previous 6 years working in commercial construction with L&K Partners Inc, a general contractor in New York City in that role he was the lead on-site responsible for all areas of construction management from the demolition phase through to completion on jobs as small as 500,000 to as large as 55 million dollars. Kevin currently works on large-scale projects for ATC both individually & in conjunction with VP of Business Development & Director of Project Management Scott Smith. Outside of work Kevin's time is consumed with spending time with his wife Tanya and their three boys Parker, Codey & Liam in addition to his passion for coaching soccer which he does full time and has for the past 8 years. ×

Leslie Carlin

Leslie Carlin is the Vice President of Business Operations. After obtaining her degree from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Leslie worked as a Choreographer and Director for multiple top dance organizations across the country. In 2008, Leslie joined ATC's Accounting Department. As the company continued to grow, so did Leslie's role with the company. In her VP role, she ensures all insurances, legal contracts, human resources, and finances are up to date and meet the necessary requirements as well as managing our corporate headquarters.

Linda Ferrelli

  • Retired Nurse
Linda Ferrelli is a retired nurse of 30 years. Upon leaving the healthcare industry, she decided to join her husband at ATC and is now the company's Director of Health and Safety. She ensures our offices follow proper safety protocols and our employees are physically and mentally healthy to better service our customers!

Michael (Mike) Ferrelli

Michael is currently our other Vice President of Operations and a founding member. After attending St. Joseph's University, Mike joined forces with the other founders to form ATC. Mike's focus is on building solid relationships with our service providers and helping them feel confident in what we can offer our clients. Mike currently heads our service team, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need as efficiently as possible.

Scott Smith

Scott Smith currently holds dual titles at ATC. As our VP of Business Development, he works with our Director of Partner Services to form new partnerships with companies that can utilize ATC's project management services to streamline their businesses. In addition, Scott is the Director of Project Management, leading our team to ensure our customer's project and rollout work is completed with the required level of customer satisfaction. Scott attended Pennsylvania State University and later obtained his paralegal certificate. After his role as a lead paralegal for several of the most prestigious law firms in the City of Philadelphia, while working nights and weekends to help develop ATC, Scott left the legal field in 2011 to put his focus on ATC.

William (Bill) Ferrelli

William (Bill) Ferrelli is the Senior Executive Director and founder of ATC. Bill has a long history of successful businesses over the past 40 years. Each company had a tie to telecommunications, beginning many years ago with coin-operated payphones, "collect-call" phone systems in over 20 correctional facilities nationally, and pre-paid phone service in low-income areas. Working with the other ATC founders for several years, ATC has grown into our current project management business model. Bill has a true talent for remaining at the forefront of telecommunications as technology constantly evolves. Currently, Bill is enjoying semi-retirement but still acts as a consultant for ATC!
