Wanda J. Underkoffler

Wanda Underkoffler is a Director at Atlantic Financial Advisory Partners which was recently formed through a management buyout of Kroll Talbot Hughes. Wanda assists troubled US businesses with cross-border ties in restructurings and the accounting and tax compliance aspects of residual business wind-downs. She has also developed considerable skills in forensic accounting and fraud investigations. Wanda joined Talbot Hughes McKillop in 2003 which was subsequently acquired by Kroll Talbot Hughes in 2005. Prior to that, she spent 18 years in various financial roles with Ferranti International culminating in the position of Vice-President/CFO, and practiced for several years with a regional accounting firm. During Wanda's years in industry, she specialized in financial reporting and tax compliance, cash and risk management, government contracting and overhead rates, and hands-on crisis management. She was the company's primary liaison with outside audit, banking and pension, government and taxing authorities. She assisted significantly with numerous downsizing and divestiture efforts. Wanda has worked with companies involved in a wide range of industries: manufacturing, aerospace, technologies, leisure and travel, real estate development (including environmental issues), defense software development and construction. Wanda is a Certified Public Accountant.

William A. Pike

William Pike is a Partner of Atlantic Financial Advisory Partners with 20 years of experience in crisis management, restructuring and financial advisory services. Bill has expertise in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, and transportation. In addition to his work in complex restructuring cases, Bill has substantial experience in cross-border restructuring matters. He also is highly skilled in financial investigations and business valuation, which he applies extensively in advising clients regarding transactional and restructuring matters. Prior to forming Atlantic Financial Advisory Partners, Bill was a managing director for the U.S. practice of Kroll Talbot Hughes. Prior to joining Kroll, he was a member of KPMG's Corporate Recovery practice, and began his restructuring career at Arthur Andersen. While at Arthur Andersen, Bill qualified as a certified public accountant.
