Amy Spurgeon

Amy Spurgeon and her two daughters moved to Southwest Florida in 1991. She grew up in Portland, Michigan in the same small town where her parents and grandparents were raised. Sometimes she even had the same teachers throughout her school years. The entire family including her grandmother, parents, siblings, and their families - 16 in all - made the move to Florida with her! Amy's construction industry career in Southwest Florida started in 2000. She began as an Assistant to the Sales Director, learning the intricacies of the construction industry. As she grew in her career, her duties shifted and she accepted the position of Contract Administrator, where she handled all contracts and commissions for 32 high-rise towers. In 2005, she accepted a position as an Estimator with a local developer/home builder. She worked for the next three years in this role. Although Estimating was somewhat new to her, she was ready and excited to learn another aspect of the building process. As the real estate market began its downfall, Amy, like many others, found herself seeking other employment opportunities. As luck would have it several years later, a former co-worker who now worked for Aubuchon Homes asked if she was ready to come back to the construction world. Amy said yes and took the job as a Project Manager in 2010. She finds it exciting to work closely with each homeowner and see how each home is different from the next. Amy says, "this is quite different than working with the ‘production line home'. It is much more rewarding to work with such an outstanding product line." She has found her role here to be a great fit for her Aubuchon family. Amy now has five grandchildren that take up most of her spare time, much to her pleasure. She also enjoys crocheting and reading.

Beth Guilford

Beth Guilford is a Estimator who joined Aubuchon Homes in 2020. Born and raised in Michigan the daughter of a builder, her family took a vote and decided all 14 members would move to Florida to escape the harsh winters. In 1991, they settled in the southwest area around Estero. Beth, a mother of two, was a stay at home mom for 6 years and then went to work as an Office Manager for a builder in Bonita Springs. She switched over to the Real Estate side of the company working for a total of 11 years. At the time, Beth, her husband, and her daughters lived in North Fort Myers with horses, chickens, dogs, and a cat. They enjoyed being outside working on their farm and watching their daughter compete in rodeos. In 2010, when their youngest daughter decided to attend college in Ocala, FL Beth, and her husband moved the farm and followed her to central Florida. There Beth worked as an Office Manager of a large commercial cleaning company and then worked as an Office Manager/Operations Manager for a local commercial cleaning company. Beth and her husband moved back to Lee County in 2020 to be near their oldest daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law, and his children. She started working for the Aubuchon Team of Companies as a Customer Care Concierge then made the move to Aubuchon Homes as a Project Administrator where she uses her communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills to assist the Project Managers with all aspects of the building and selections process.

Bill Meginley

Bill Meginley re-joined Aubuchon Homes in 2021 as a Superintendent after working with the team from 2006-2009. Bill is a certified Florida building contractor. Originally from Philadelphia, he started his construction career as a general contractor in PA, NJ, and NY. He's built log cabin homes, worked in high-end remodeling, repaired and renovated historic structures, and most recently resolved and repaired issues with newly constructed homes. Bill has been featured on Discovery Channel's Gimme' Shelter on 2 episodes! He was the featured general contractor on one the episode about remodeling a home. Bill talked about remodeling the stairwell to make a loft and turning two existing bedrooms into one master bedroom with his and hers walk-in closets. On a personal note, Bill and his wife, Michelle, have been together for 34 years thru injuries, health issues, two daughters, laughs, losses and life. He and his family moved to Southwest Florida to escape the harsh northeast winters. He became a certified Lacrosse coach and a certified soccer coach volunteering nights and weekends from 2005-2018 at a recreational and competitive level. Bill enjoys spending time around and under water. He is a dive master, guiding divers in the keys, working with local dive operations removing debris from the reefs, re-planting corals, and photographing sea life. Bill is also an avid aquarist with a 410 gallon reef tank at home. He owns several muscle cars and enjoys entering car shows and cruising around beautiful SWFL for sunsets.

Bill Steinke

Bill's career began as a Certified Financial Planner with American Express Financial Advisors. During his 16 years with American Express, Bill was coached by some of the most notable business experts in the country, while assisting in the development of hundreds of Financial Advisors' practices, developing independent businesses just as Realtors do. After retiring for 10 years, he obtained his real estate license to position himself as a trainer and coach for Realtors that wanted to grow their business. He was asked to lead and grow what has become one of the larger Brokerages in the area, and has since been actively developing other offices in Florida and nationally. Bill instructs the "Business Planning" section of orientation at the Realtor Association, has served on the local Board of Directors, Florida Realtors Board of Directors, and in 2016, the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He has 4 sons, 5.5 grandchildren and 2 dogs that think they are his daughters! Bill is active in the community as a volunteer officer with the Lee County Sheriff's Department, an avid motorcycle enthusiast, boater, and anything that involves a ball! Carmen Pecoraro

Carmen Pecoraro was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He moved to Cape Coral with his family at the age of 15 to escape the cold winters. His entire family has been involved in the construction industry in some capacity, so he was introduced to construction and remodeling at a very young age. Carmen took college courses in drafting and design while he was in high school and his love for architecture grew. He received his Associate of Science in Drafting and Design Technology from Edison State College (FSW). But he didn't stop there. He went on to receive a Bachelor's in Supervision and Management. During college, he worked in the field assisting his uncle with kitchen installations. The hands-on experience not only reinforced what he was learning in college but also allowed him to apply the concepts to real-world situations and problems. Carmen's attention to detail and amazing work ethic brings a lot of value to the team. He looks forward to solidifying his role on the team with the full support of the Aubuchon Homes family behind him. Carmen's goal is to improve the customer experience after closing with the warranty department. He lives in Fort Myers with the love of his life, Cindy, their son, Atlas, and their kitten Clementine. They love watching their son grow smarter and stronger every single day. Carmen says being a dad is the honor of a lifetime! Cindy Cross - CFO

Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant and Vice President of Finance for the Aubuchon Team of Companies. In this role, she focuses on the business and financial strategies of the organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, she helps shape and execute the Aubuchon Team of Companies' short and long-term strategies. Her responsibilities include corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and reporting functions; she also serves as the Corporate Treasurer. Cindy joined the Aubuchon Team of Companies in 2004 as the Corporate Controller. In this role, Cindy had primary responsibility for all aspects of corporate accounting and the preparation of company financial statements. She began her career in public accounting in 1995 in New York. In 1998, Cindy relocated to Fort Myers, Florida, where she accepted a position with Batson, Carnahan and Co/HBK. She developed a passion for taxation when she was introduced to Steven C. Thompson, Ph.D., CPA, Chair of the Tax Department and Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University. Cindy was born and raised in Upstate New York. She is a graduate of Siena College where she received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration (1997) and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University where she received an M.S. Degree in Accounting and Taxation (2005). In her continued quest to learn, Cindy became intrigued by the real estate market and became a licensed Realtor in 2006. She also obtained her license as a Florida Title Agent in 2022. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Royal Palm Coast Realtors Association, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma.

Derek Clifford

Derek Clifford knows that it's the little details that make big things happen, whether in new home construction or racing cars. When he's at the starting line behind the wheel of his 1200-HP Ford Mustang, Derek is focused on his reaction time and dozens of other details. He's analyzing what's going on with the other drivers and making last-minute adjustments to win the race. When he's working at the drafting table he's also staying ahead of the competition, using the latest design technology with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Derek is a Sunshine State native, born and raised in Apopka, Florida just north of Orlando. He moved to Fort Myers in 2005. His first introduction to the construction industry was as a student at South Fort Myers High School. He studied AutoCAD for two years, learning at an early age how to use the computer-aided drawing program for architectural design. Derek focused on architectural drafting through his post-secondary education graduating in 2014 with a degree in the field. After two years working for a Cape Coral drafting firm, Derek discovered an opportunity to take his career to the next level and was hired as a draftsman for Aubuchon Homes in 2017. There he began focusing on the details that go into building custom luxury homes.

Elisa Deriso-Greer

Elisa Deriso-Greer is a proud lifelong resident of SW Florida. In 1994, she found a passion for early childhood education and dedicated her career to teaching preschool children. She successfully obtained her Child Development Associate Certification (CDA), became a preschool teacher, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Director for six years, and then as Director for nine years. In 2016, Elisa decided it was time for a career change and accepted the position of Customer Care Concierge for the Aubuchon Team of Companies, at the corporate office in Cape Coral. "I am so thankful to be given the chance to join such an amazing team. I plan to continue to grow and learn alongside these great team members", said Elisa. In May of 2018, she moved to the accounting department within the Aubuchon Team of Companies. Elisa and her husband have two sons and five grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching football.

Elli Shufflebarger

In her role as Design Center Assistant, Elli Shufflebarger provides administrative support to the Senior Design Center Consultant at Aubuchon Homes. Elli has experience as a transaction coordinator, marketing coordinator and overall office manager for a commercial real estate brokerage. She's also worked as the assistant property manager/leasing consultant for a property management company. "I love being part of someone's journey to create their dream home," explains Elli. "We get to be part of creating a space where someone is going to make lifelong memories." Elli was born and raised in Louisville, KY with her mom and brother by her side. She attended the University of Kentucky, studying Family Sciences. She recently moved with her dog, Honey, to Cape Coral from the Bonita Spring/Naples area. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and watching her Kentucky Wildcats!

Gary Aubuchon - President

Jerry Jordan

Jerry Jordan was born and raised in Lee County, Florida. From an early age he became passionate about being part of the home-building boom in SW Florida. Since then, Jerry owned and operated a local stucco company for over 25. He also owned a manufacturing company responsible for producing the foam structures for many of the Aubuchon homes we see today. Jerry has held a State Certified Residential Contractors license in Florida for over 12 years. As a Superintendent for Aubuchon Homes, he oversees multiple projects during the construction phase. Jerry is the liaison between Project Managers, Subcontractors, and clients-allowing for effective communication and an enjoyable home-building experience. Jerry is married, has six children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys riding his Harley, fishing, hunting, camping, and playing golf.

Jesse Jordan

Jesse is a Florida native who attended North Fort Myers High School. He began working at the age of 17 for his Uncle's business, Jordan's Plastering, where he worked as an assistant learning the business and the construction industry. He then moved on to take advantage of a better opportunity working as a painter for Gulf Coast Coating for 4 years. Jesse joined the Aubuchon Team of Companies in 2012 as an Assistant to the Superintendents. He performed a variety of jobs including punch-out and warranty work for clients who have completed the build process. He gained experience working with each Superintendent daily, learning the intricacies of the new home construction process, and worked his way up into a Superintendent position. Jesse enjoys working with clients and ensuring the home is in perfect condition before they move in. His attention to detail is apparent in his work, as many clients speak highly of him and his work ethic.

Jessica Gabric

As a Design Center Consultant for Aubuchon Homes, Jessica Gabric works closely with new clients to learn their interior design style and preferences to create the home of their dreams. "I love seeing a client's face light up when they see all of their finishes come together into their final selections," exclaims Jessica as she describes her passion for her job. By partnering with local vendors, Jessica presents clients with the latest design offerings and assists them in choosing every fine detail of their new home. "I enjoy guiding people to an aesthetic that helps them tell their own story. I love how all of the seemingly tiny decisions come together to help produce the big picture," she says. Jessica is from a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Jessica and her dog, Tucker, made the move to Florida in 2018. Her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design comes from Iowa State University. She brings to the Aubuchon Homes team experience as a Design Application Specialist for a large office furniture retailer, a Stylist for an online residential design company, and a Visual Display Manager. Jessica says she is backed by a supportive and passionate team who helps bring out each individual homeowner's personality in every custom home built by Aubuchon Homes.

Jim Aubuchon - VP

Originally from Michigan, Jim has been in the construction industry since he was a teenager. His career began in the remodeling arena, renovating homes and creating additions. By 1992, Jim had obtained his Certified Residential Contractor's license in Michigan and officially became a builder of new homes. Three years later, Jim joined his cousin Gary in Cape Coral, Florida, obtained his General Contractor's license, and became the primary contact as the Builder and Superintendent of the then newly formed Aubuchon Homes, Inc. Today, Jim is the Vice President of Aubuchon Homes and partner with the Aubuchon Team of Companies. He oversees the building process, superintendents, subcontractors, and construction team, to ensure each and every home is a perfect masterpiece. Jim's passion is his family and giving back to the community. He regularly volunteers for projects to benefit children, the elderly, and disabled. He has been the coach of the Pop Warner Football League for more than 15 years, and has been a part of the Builders Care Program through the Lee BIA for several years, building and replacing homes for those less fortunate. Jim's hands on experience, drive for perfection, and passion for his family and community make him an outstanding person and business partner.

Johnny Jordan

For the past 20 years, he has worked in building, painting, and AC service positions. Johnny's background from building to maintaining a home makes him a great asset to the team. Johnny is driven by his honesty, his confidence, and his willingness to always learn new things. He focuses on details, is reliable & dependable, and makes a positive impact on those around him. He looks forward to gaining more knowledge about the custom side of the construction industry. Justin Einstein

Justin joined the Aubuchon Team of Companies in 2009 as their Director of Operations. Justin coordinates and manages both the purchasing and operations aspects of the construction business. His contributions and impact to the company began immediately, resulting in increased efficiencies in many processes, and lower costs to the customer. Today, Justin's responsibilities have expanded, working closely with New Home Construction Consultants to increase sales, and directly with the customer during the entire pre-construction and construction process ensuring the journey goes exactly as planned. His extensive experience in both the local and national markets include these companies: WCI Communities, Mercedes Homes, Stock Development and The Jack Parker Corporation. He has gained an invaluable amount of hands-on experience which has contributed to Justin's ability to succeed in any role he accepts. Justin is extremely active in the community. His daughter, Brooke, was born with congenital heart disease and has inspired his involvement in a number of charitable organizations. Justin served as the Vice President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida and remains extremely active in the Make a Wish Foundation, of which his daughter was a recipient. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Roy Hobbs Foundation for Cancer research and coordinates a number of events to assist in their fundraising endeavors. His philosophy of "paying it forward" is evident in all that he does. Justin was born and raised in Southern New Jersey until relocating to the Cape Coral area in 1994. When his career in professional baseball ended abruptly due to injury, his interests turned to construction. As a result, he has held virtually every position within the industry over the past 24 years ranging from Superintendent to Division President. In 2012, Justin was named one of the Recipients of the 40 under 40 award, recognizing Southwest Florida's most dynamic young professionals, from Gulfshore Business Magazine. Married since 1997 to his love Jennifer, Justin and his family currently reside in South Fort Myers. His son, Bryce is a member of the baseball team at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN where he is pursuing his degree in mechanical engineering. His daughter Brooke, attend s the Canterbury School in Fort Myers where his wife directs the Lower School Science program. Jennifer was also selected as one of Lee County's 2011 Golden Apple recipients, recognizing her as one of the area's most elite teachers. Together with their Golden Retriever's Easton and Riley, the Einstein family remains excited about the future here with Team Aubuchon.

Originally from Michigan, Lori moved to Cape Coral in 1995 with her husband Jim, who is Vice President of Aubuchon Homes. They have been married for 33 years, and have two children, Elizabeth, 27, and Mark, 25. Mark followed in his Dad's footsteps and now works for the Aubuchon Team of Companies. Prior to joining the team, she attended school and took classes to help develop her Administrative and office skills. Lori also worked in the Lee County School District. In 2002 opportunity knocked for Lori to join the Aubuchon Team of Companies as a Customer Care Concierge. You will find her at the reception desk smiling, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Lori always has an encouraging word for guests. She enjoys learning something new every day.

Marie Lockwood

Marie Lockwood was born in Canada and spent her early years enjoying the majestic views of Lake Superior. Freshwater fishing and skiing with friends and family were some of her favorite activities. She attended Lake Superior State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Counseling. Post -graduation Marie moved to Long Island where she began her social services career providing counseling and case management services to needy populations. Marie continued her professional career as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training for Long Island Head Injury Association and thereafter as the Compliance Coordinator for a New York City nonprofit social services organization. Prior to joining Miloff Aubuchon, Marie was the Regional Operations Review Specialist for the Department of Juvenile Justice. While on Long Island, Marie met her husband Kevin and together they built their family while also remaining focused on serving their community. They committed time and resources for local fundraising events and were actively involved with animal rescue. In 2016, Marie and her husband Kevin made the decision to relocate to southwest Florida and now reside in beautiful Cape Coral with their latest German Shepard rescue Berta. They remain committed to serving the local community, enjoy walking along the sandy beaches, seeking out local entertainment and watching beautiful sunsets.

Mariela Mueller

Mariela Mueller was born in the Canary Islands, Spain, but she grew up in Toronto, Canada. After high school, Mariela moved to Tenerife, Spain where she lived for 6 years. There she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Universidad de La Laguna. Eventually, Mariela moved to Florida where she gained knowledge in the construction industry. Using her bilingual skills, she served twenty years as a Controller for a reputable paving company based in Naples, FL. She spent five years as Director of Operations for a masonry company based in Sarasota, FL. Mariela also has years of experience in the real estate and legal fields. Mariela has been married for 30 years and has three children and two grandchildren she absolutely adores. She comes from a military family with five members (her husband, daughter, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and father-in-law) in the Air Force and the Navy. "I'm driven by the desire for excellence in all that I do," Mariela explained. "I strive to be a contributing asset to the Aubuchon Team of Companies in growth, innovation, and increasing profit margins." Some of Mariela's favorite past times include singing in her church choir, being part of a small group singing at nursing homes, and assisting at food banks. She loves to be in the sunshine (that's why we live in Florida), either at the beach, doing outdoor work at home, or boating when opportunities arise.

Mary Dionne

Mary Dionne is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and was proud to called Chicago "home" until she moved to New Hampshire upon completion of high school. She began her career working in the construction industry for a top Realtor/Builder. Mary worked closely with the on-site foremen to ensure the building schedule met the target Certificate of Occupancy (CO) date. She ordered all materials from concrete and frame packages to carpet and appliances, as well as customer selections and changes. After 12 years of service, Mary decided to head back to school to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. While pursuing her degree, she took a management position in the healthcare industry for nearly 10 years. Ready for a change from the cold New Hampshire winters, Mary moved to Florida in 1999 and settled in Cape Coral. She sought employment in the building industry once again and landed a position as the lead assistant to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group. Working for the property management division she would troubleshoot repair calls from tenants and take care of their needs accurately and quickly. After more than seven years, Mary transitioned over to the Estimator team at Aubuchon Homes. Mary's goal is to ensure her clients are well taken care of immediately. Outside of the office, Mary and her significant other, Chuck, enjoy weekend getaways on their boat along with their two basset hounds Chloe and Fred. She also likes to read, watch movies, and especially enjoys getting together with friends. But most of all she really enjoys the Florida lifestyle. Mary sums up her enthusiasm for Florida, "It really is paradise!"

Matt Henry

Matt is originally from Central New York where some of the most spectacular autumn scenes from the Finger Lakes Region can be viewed. After spending his formative years in beautiful upstate New York, Matt left to pursue his academic path by attending Daemen College, in Buffalo, NY. While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Matt followed his childhood passion for playing intercollegiate Basketball. After graduating from college in 1986, Matt was hired as a Senior Accountant, working for Benderson Development, one of America's largest privately held real estate companies. His main responsibilities included supervising accounting staff, performing bank reconciliations, as well as preparing journal entries and general ledger account analysis. In 1998, Matt and his family decided to trade the Empire State for the Sunshine State, moving to Cape Coral, FL. Matt was hired as an Account Manager for a national builder where he worked for 14 years before joining The Aubuchon Team of Companies in 2014 as Controller. On a personal note, Matt enjoys playing basketball, softball, walking, cycling, dancing, or spending time at the beach. Matt continues to play softball which he started as a hobby, playing in numerous leagues throughout the State of New York and Florida for the last 30 years. Matt even joined a half-century team in Florida, traveling around the state playing tournaments. Matt's expert accounting knowledge in the construction and real estate industry has made him an invaluable asset to Aubuchon Team of Companies.

Matt Sabiston

Matt is originally from the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, growing up in the Florida sunshine and enjoying the lifestyle so many are looking to experience. He attended Cape Coral High School and quickly found his passion in Art and Design. Once he took Drafting classes, his talent for designing began to blossom. Matt knew he was destined to have a career in Drafting and Architecture. Whether attending school or working full time in the drafting & architectural arenas, Matt has always been very successful. He attended High Tech North, an accredited and highly respected vocational school in the area, and completed several challenging courses: The Architectural Draftsman Certification, a 2 year program, and the Computer Rendering Workshop (CRW) certification. Also has his Drafting Certificate. In 2004, Matt competed in "Skills USA", the pinnacle of excellence in competition for skilled trades. He participated in the Architectural Drafting competition and placed 2nd in Regionals and 1st in State. Prior to joining The Aubuchon Team of Companies, Matt worked as an intern at Consolidated Blueprints, a key player in the home building industry in SWFL, where he nurtured his Drafting and Architecture talent. He was responsible for preparing and running blueprint sets and plans for major builders and architects.

Mike McKiddie

Mike is originally from Toms River, New Jersey. Born from an artistic family, Mike has always had a passion for many aspects of art and design. At an early age, he began working for his father installing loading dock equipment, and found his interest was more in the drafting and design side of the business. He followed his instinct and innate talent and earned his Drafting Certificate through a Vo-tech program, and ultimately reached his goal by earning his Associates Degree in Architecture in 1998. Moving towards his next objective as an Architectural Designer, he took a position for an Industrial Developer as a Junior Draftsman until 2001. Continuing to move forward in his career, he joined an upscale architectural firm as a Senior Draftsman & Project Manager where he worked for several years. Mike moved to SW Florida in 2004 to enjoy the sunny weather and Florida lifestyle. He joined The Aubuchon Team of Companies as Senior Draftsman and was quickly promoted to Director of Architectural Design. Mike's contributions to the Aubuchon team has had a tremendous impact on the company's success through the years. He easily adapts to work with each client, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Specifically, Mike's responsibilities include everything from conceptual sketches through construction-ready plans. When you are ready to build, Mike will be one of the first team members you will meet! He promises to make your home-building journey one of the most rewarding experiences ever. Mike is a key member of the Aubuchon team, having designed hundred of homes for Team Aubuchon including many award-winning models. Nancy Satala

Nancy is originally from Chicago, IL. She earned her Associates Degree in Accounting at Moraine Valley College. Nancy worked as a senior credit analyst for a major bank in Chicago prior to moving to Cape Coral in 2001. Nancy began working for the Aubuchon Team of Companies in January 2002 as a staff accountant. She also has experience as an auditor and an estimator. Nancy is very motivated and makes it a priority to grow professionally and personally, improve her business skills, and learn something new every day. She loves working for the Aubuchon Team of Companies and is a past recipient of the company's President's Award. In her free time, Nancy is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves being out in nature. Her passion for the outdoors includes yearly trips to the Keys and the Everglades as well as frequent "swamp walks" through Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve in Fort Myers, FL.

Phillip Ramey

Phillip is originally from Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He moved to Gainesville, Florida when he was 3 years old. Phillip visited Cape Coral and met the love of his life. He decided to stay and buy a home in Cape Coral. Phillip likes the family environment that the Aubuchon Team of Companies is all about. Phillip's motivation to be the best he can be is his family. To him, family is everything. On his days off, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife, whether they are just relaxing at home or going on a fun adventure. Sports are a huge part of his life. Phillip played football growing up and is currently a part of his church softball team. Phillip also enjoys playing video games with his wife and friends.

Shannan O'Brien - CMO

Shannan O'Brien has made a career of storytelling. Not the kind you find between the covers of a book, but the stories that define how a company serves its customers and its employees. Her latest chapter is as the Director of Marketing for the Aubuchon Team of Companies where she manages communications, media relations, branding, advertising, social media, and web development efforts. She also oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, marketing training and more. Her writing story began here in Southwest Florida on the yearbook staff at Cape Coral High School. Finding creative ways to tell student stories sparked an interest that lead her to major in Mass Communications in college. That's where a friend introduced her to the fast-paced world of television news. She put herself through school working behind the scenes for a Tampa news station. After graduating from the University of South Florida, she came home to Cape Coral and broke into journalism. She started out on the assignment desk at Waterman Broadcasting. Her passion for writing and attention to detail helped her advance quickly to evening news producer. In 2002, Shannan turned the page from writing news stories to helping companies tell their own stories. Her introduction to the construction industry came as a marketing assistant for the Lee Building Industry Association. She then spent 13 years developing marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns as the Marketing Director for a family-owned custom home builder. During this time, Shannan spent several years as a business owner, following her passion for helping people clear the clutter in their lives as a professional organizer. Shannan's personal story intertwines with her professional story. She married her high school sweetheart, Ryan, while working in television. Covering the news was exciting, but the schedule was very demanding. When it came time to add "mom" to her job description she realized she needed to make a change. The natural transition into marketing and public relations offered her the opportunity to focus on family. She and Ryan have two very active boys who are involved with sports and arts programs that keep the whole family busy. She is a member of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2018, holds a Florida real estate license, and is involved with several local construction and real estate organizations throughout Southwest Florida.

Steve Santora

Steve was born and raised in Rochester, New York home to Kodak, Xerox, and Bausch & Lomb's world headquarters. After graduating, Steve worked for his father's homebuilding and remodeling business, learning everything there is to know in this industry. He then moved to Cape Coral in 1995 to trade the average snowfall of 100" a year, for the 350 days of sunshine a year! Steve's excellent craftsmanship led him to become part owner of Schmitt Framing, exclusively building houses for Aubuchon Homes for more than a decade. With more than 35 years of experience and a long-established work relationship with Aubuchon Homes, it was only natural for Aubuchon Homes and Steve to join forces again in 2014. Steve's positive attitude and excellent craftsmanship in all aspects of the building industry are what make him an invaluable asset to the Aubuchon Team of Companies. On a personal note, Steve has been married for more than 33 years to his beautiful wife Pamela, and they are proud parents of two talented young men. Steve has spent over 10 years coaching youth football and has now swapped the training field for enjoying live music, playing guitar, and drums. In addition, Steve loves to ride his Harley and is a huge Miami Dolphins fan.

Tamie Malanga

Tamie was born and raised in Montrose, Michigan, a small town outside of Flint just northwest of your right-hand thumb (if referencing the Michigan Hand Map). She moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1992 to escape the long, cold winters. After four years of enjoying the Florida sunshine, she moved to Loganville, Georgia where she lived for 17 years before returning to South Florida, settling in Cape Coral. Her expertise flourished while working in Georgia as a Marketing Coordinator at Harland-Clarke, as the Human Resource Manager for a small software startup, and as an HR Administrator for another small software imaging company. In 2003, she left "Corporate America" to focus on a family-owned real estate investment company. Tamie and her family members operated the business for more than seven years and completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Human Resource Management. Taking a huge leap of faith in 2009, and decided to open a family entertainment center. After five years and many ups and downs, she decided to close the business and finally make the move to Southwest Florida, where she fulfilled her passion for real estate and obtained her license. Tamie became the Lead Listing Coordinator for a top commercial brokerage firm in Fort Myers prior to joining Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group as the Office Manager for the Cape Coral office in 2015. In 2023, Tamie was promoted to Director Human Resources for the Aubuchon Team of Companies. She is a graduate of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2021. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, and a member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association's Grievance Committee and MLS Committee. She enjoys spending time with her children, walking and biking, going to the beach, swimming, and taking in the array of restaurants, festivals, and attractions in SW Florida.

Wes Allen

Wes Allen is a native Floridian who was born in St. Petersburg. He lived in Tampa until his early teens and then moved to Estero. Wes felt driven to serve his country and in 1998 he joined the Air Force, where he served for 9 years. Wes has always been passionate about computers and technology. In the Air Force, he took on the role of Communications Computer Systems Operator for 9 years, where he became a professional in the IT field. After the service, Wes served as the Assistant Director of IT at Southwest Florida College for several years. Wes completed his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Grantham University. With more than 20 years of IT experience, he joined Aubuchon Team of Companies in 2011 with the objective of enhancing the company's technology, ensuring each staff member has the tools needed to do their job efficiently, and recommending new and innovative solutions, all in an effort to help the company move to the next level. Wes lives in Cape Coral with his beautiful wife, Brittany, and their 2 daughters.
