He has been licensed since 2002 and specializes in traditional buyer/seller representation, bank-owned foreclosures (REO), and Investment Property. His exceptional skills with contract negotiation, attention to detail, and communication have benefited buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. David stays on top of the ever-changing real estate industry and is a member of the following organizations: National Association of Realtors, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors, National REO Broker's Association, and REOMAC.
